Markab's ff isn't really to my taste though I have to admit I've only dipped in rather than read the full stories. I'm not the troll though, I hasten to add!

I do hope whoever it is will just get tired of posting if their comments are continually deleted, nipper.

Just caught up on some overdue FF. SPOs is SO funny. I would love to know what he does for a living, maybe something really dull which is why is so imaginative and creative in his writing!

jen I read yours last night and commented. I'm in love with your story. Please keep it going for as long as possible, I don't want it to end!

nipper I'm really enjoying learning the ropes. It's brilliant. We are so very spoilt for reading!

I've just read the new Ff by darcy do we think its KD? Or maybe ip his biggest fan?

I've had a very productive day in the garden, chopping back, digging over, pressure washing the patio and cut the lawn and edged it. I'm now all clean and my cheeks are burning from the fresh air. So in a way of a little treat for me.....I'm having a cheeky glass of wine! I'm getting myself all ready for Poldark!!!

It's very like his Perspectives story. And a very similar writing style. And a comment suggesting he/she is KD has been deleted Hmm

whajeb I've just read Kinship, I don't know how I managed to miss that. It's great! I am so amazed that all come up with twists of story's based on our OG characters. You are so clever!

Thank you richtea and orphan that is what I'm hoping. If it was a useful comment on the story I would keep it there, but to just post a nasty message must be just reaction seeking so other than offloading to you supportive folk I'm not going to make mention of it.

We've had a lovely day here... Went for a walk in the wood with some friends... Three under threes, we all coped remarkably well!

Looking forward to a Skype with best friend who lives across the pond tonight... I wonder what she'd make of my OG alter ego? Do any of your real life friends know?

Evening. Looking forward to Poldark like everyone else. Really hope it's not a let-down.

Re: the suspicions about the new author on FF. Whilst I agree it would be very easy to just set up a new account as long as you have a second email address and the story is very similar to Perspectives, if it is a new author who has just admired the way KD has written, it must be very galling to have people suggesting you're someone else. Although he or possibly she could be quite flattered too (No it is definitely not me!!! - lots of exclamation marks, that was not my bright or probably pretty dim idea). There is still a cryptic comment on there about whether someone has dreamt up a new pen name.

Nipper well done with the troll (although I appreciate it's horrid too). Keep up the deleting.

Horrible rainy afternoon here so no excuse not to do the ironing.Sad I'm trying really hard not to think of the prosecco in the fridge!

nipper I'm an undercover OG-er. None of my friends are fanatics fans. One watched the series and admitted she thought CJ was gorgeous but she'd be shocked if she knew about my participation on this thread.

I can't believe it's KD. I don't think he's that deranged surely?!

lola Jakes Secret is brilliant. I need a thesaurus, how about Awesome! I love the sexual tension that's happening and a reference to 50 shades!!!

nipper a long time ago.. Christmas I think, I told a couple of my girlfriends about the MN thread and that I was meeting another contributor (NVM - we went to the carol concert to see BA!) they thought I was mad and slightly deranged..... And "were worried for me". Since then, my gobs been firmly closed.

Do you know what, though, I love that we can all have different opinions on here think I'll stop there!. What's the saying, kinship is as undeniable as the difference .... Or something like that?!?!

Another load of ff for me to catch up on tonight, yippee! ... I'm going to have a watch of Poldark too. How could I not! And I started watching the casual vacancy this morning, well a little bit! Not entirely sure that I know what is going on, but going to stick with it for now. Also tried Indian summer last night, but got really lost. I just can't concentrate any more! Love the actors in it, but think I probably need to save it for sometime when I can actually watch it without having to do something else at the same time (when the kids leave home?!). BS42 back tomorrow though, that's more my level at the moment :)

Richtea yes I was worried about who had sniffed you and why.

I've said before that I've been fairly open to family about being on here and they don't really care very much. I pass on interesting highlights (acceptable for general consumption) or factual anecdotes they might enjoy (obviously not everything).

My DH and kids know I write FF too - its impossible to hide really, although none of them have read it (I think?). DH just accepts it as my little hobby and the kids think I'm a bit crazy although have occasionally offered reasonably serious advice when I've asked them for an opinion. Only my mum has read 'Another Time Another Place' after all, I did initially write it for her so I had to let her see it when finished. She is a massive reader. She probably reads two or three books a week, so that was a bit nerve racking. However, we just about got away with it without either of us feeling too awkward about the giving or receiving of criticism and it was interesting to hear the view of someone who has never seen OG or read FF. Other than that I keep it to myself.

Evening all. Been having loads of cuddles with still poorly 2 year old today, he's feeling very sorry for himself. Hoping he will have some undisturbed sleep tonight so that I can watch Poldark in peace.

I don't think the new author is KD. Styles are very similar, and it's clearly someone who's been inspired by him, but my guess would be that he's perhaps mentoring whoever it is.

nipper glad you are deleting and ignoring. I haven't had anything since that one that I deleted last night - it was a 'guest' rather than good old 'rach'.

Undercover og addict here as well. DH knows that I write, but not that's it's ff.

Back home again now. Washer on, tea heating up (I made in on Thursday night) and having a quick peek on here. Need to re-read yesterday's stuff as I just had to flick through it all last night. We went to Erddig this morning and it poured with rain (Welsh rain being wetter than English rain I think) but fortunately cleared up after we'd eaten and wanted to look round the gardens.

Love the interest the possible KD ff has created. Going to read that again later plus Jen's and Lola's as again, I only did a quick trawl through them.

Nipper I only have one RL friend I have confessed everything to about OG - my obsession, this thread, sharing some of the ff writings, Bailbrook House and the fact we sat at the actual table. The friend I went to BH with clearly knows of my obsession with the programme but has no idea about this thread, the ff and how we came to sit at the actual table. My male colleagues know about my obsession with CJ/BA as I put a photo of him on my rolling screensaver but in all honesty that was only to prove a point. They had a "thing" going with some thin blonde girl who was working in the office and thought it was fine to ogle her but it seemingly wasn't the done thing for me to obsess over a TV character! It's not always easy to remember who knows which part so one day I am going to reveal the obsession in its entirety to somebody and make myself look a mad menopausal idiot!

jen I hope your littlie gets a good sleep and feels better in the morning. I hate when the kids are ill, you just want to be ill for them instead!

I've just read your latest chapter, and loved it. It was so right, the talk, the kiss, the running off, and meeting Rebecca! I am loving the way are you spinning it out, I am more than happy for it to take as long as it takes, as i really enjoy reading it and getting engrossed and involved in it. And Brains and Julia, intriguing, love that you add other characters in, and I really want to know what happens to them too, still an integral part of the story. Amazing writing. I'm a happy bunny :)

Curiouser and curiouser! That wasn't there before. But I saw a little while ago that there was a comment on the reviews from someone saying that they thought it was kd, as they remember he had said he was going to do a story about Molly's MC .... And the review isn't there any more (unless its just me who can't see it?!). Definitely something going on .... Just not sure what! I'm sure it will all come out eventually.

Ooh, Poldark time .....

Yes Nickel I saw that, but just checked now and it's disappeared.

Nipper was watching episode 4 of OG with the cat sitting on my knee (he sulks if I go away) when my doorbell rang and it was my neighbour. I hurriedly switched the DVD off because she commented at Christmas "you always have that soldier thing on when I come round". Proof again that not everyone knows of my obsession!
