The Stargate was there I noticed it was off the latch and wanted to fix it :o

shitebag · 20/02/2015 20:54

I think Lauren has quit too.

MagpieCursedTea · 20/02/2015 20:54

Does anyone else get the impression that Jessie Wallace doesn't like Shane Ritchie in real life? Whenever I see them out of character she always looks a bit disgusted with him.

Justmuddlingalong · 20/02/2015 20:55

Oops, never noticed it.

pinkrocker · 20/02/2015 20:55

WTF has Zoe Ball done to her top lip! It doesn't move and it's all snarly!

youarekiddingme · 20/02/2015 20:56

I think they've portrayed the story brilliantly. The troubles, the grieving, the wanting to know - and the fact most murderers knew or are related to their victims. Yet, what family will do to protect their own - whatever the circumstances.

Muppetsbitch · 20/02/2015 20:56

Nope stairgate was there tonight. I remember because I forgot cindy had a baby and saw the gate and wondered why the hell ianshouse had a stair gate

Kittymautz · 20/02/2015 20:56

On Graham Norton,Jessie and Shane said they were best friends.

MrsVamos · 20/02/2015 20:57

I reckon its been left for Peter to return, just in case Bobby kills in future. That will be the 40th anniversary "YOU KNEW HE KILLED LUCY DAD" followed by duff duffs. Grin

Bluetone · 20/02/2015 20:57

How's Adam?

Ha!

Great acting tonight, especially Ian and Peter. Jane seems quite wooden to me even pre recorded.

I imagine 10 years from now someone telling Bobby he killed his own sister in the 4th anniversary episode...

The80sweregreat · 20/02/2015 20:57

These luvvies will say anything

Nativity3 · 20/02/2015 20:58

Was the stairgate in the live episode? I don't remember seeing it but it was there in the live bit after?

BabsUnited · 20/02/2015 20:58

I haven't watched EE for years, I switched on about ten mins before the end and it was brilliant, I actually cried at Adam W's reaction to cindy (?) reading that letter.

Could someone do a quick précis of what actually happened? Who killed Lucy and what was the twist etc? Have read thread from start but need more of a beginners guide. Pretty please!

MrsVamos · 20/02/2015 20:59

Magpie

I get the impression not many people like Shane in RL. Apparently he's a well known sleaze.

Always did think he & Coleen were well suited.

shitebag · 20/02/2015 21:00

I still don't like that Bobby is getting off with it though.

Bet Laurie was desperate to get out of that dress :o

Hold on. Jane knew Bobby was the killer since November?!

MrsVamos · 20/02/2015 21:00

Great minds, Bluetone Grin

shitebag · 20/02/2015 21:02

Babs. Lucy's body was found in the common on good friday., no one knew the killer.

We've just discovered Bobby killed her and Jane moved her body and covered for him.

MrsBeeZed · 20/02/2015 21:02

They all did an amazing job, particularly Adam - he was so on point; emotional stuff.

QueenFuri · 20/02/2015 21:03

Leticia Dean is pissed off not being in this live episode think she has had one gin too many too! I can't stand Shane Ritchie comes across as an attention seeker.

Bluetone · 20/02/2015 21:04

Haha MrsV Grin

MrsVamos · 20/02/2015 21:04

I think its probably been left that the truth will come out one day.

It doesn't sit easy with me that Bobby 'gets away' with it but if it was one of my DCs ? Phew. Can't actually answer that.

Moral dilemma. Mothers love.

Must be great for the show, thinking about how the character can be developed.

HoraceCope · 20/02/2015 21:05

bobby 4 years time - psychopath - mark Peter's words Wink

Bogeyface · 20/02/2015 21:05

am I right in thinking that Bobby may not have actually killed her though? That it could have come from any one of several blows to the head she received that night and it may be that he contributed to it rather than actually out and out murdered her?

Deedeecupcake · 20/02/2015 21:06

What did the letter say?

JollyFrog · 20/02/2015 21:06

I can't stand Letitia Dean, she keeps rattling on about being there for 30 years, but she has been out more than in! And all that pouting Shock
