AW that was emotional

Loved this weeks episodes and tonight's especially was brilliant - the emotional roller coaster I expected and wanted. I take my hat off to everyone involved - actor-wise, Adam and Laurie were stunning.

Adam was fabulous when doing the scenes after Lucy died too.

You'd have thought they would have found somewhere for Lucy to put her bag.

What a load of crap!!!

The performances were great, but the writing was appalling! All they needed was for Lou Beale to stroll back into the square with Arthur,Ethel and her little Willy and that would have been clichés complete!

Such a moral dilemma for the Beales. Laurie and Adam and Mimi really proved their worth. So pleased it went well. Gonna have to tie up all the loose ends next week though!

I think the stairgate was missing tonight.

I hope peter gets a happy ending with lauren and the baby.

But if Peter and Lauren go off together, eventually Lauren will return (after her RL maternity leave) and then she'll probably have split from Peter. She'll have the baby, and it'll be open for Peter to return. Which he likely will... and this whole thing will come up again at some point.
