I mean injured during the row with Denise. When she was say outside she looked similar to Emma before she died.
I would also like to know what was said between Emma and I'm presuming Jane at the park when they met! We know snippets!
I would also like to know how Lauren figured it all out!

And surely Jane would have called an ambulance? After all it had literally just happened!Confused Maybe she could have been saved?

Mrsjayy · 20/02/2015 07:43

I think there was a missed opportunity on the flashbacks there was too much faffing they should have shown lucys body being moved not all that rubbish with billy and fish.

Mrsjayy · 20/02/2015 07:48

worra all that makes sense but I think they divorced and kathy is meant to be dead

Jasonandyawegunorts · 20/02/2015 07:51

How could you be upstairs and not hear anything?!

Plot convenience.

It's really been a jumbled mess of a plot, and a jumbled mess of an episode.

LineRunner · 20/02/2015 07:51

She was remarried when she supposedly died. To someone Sullivan.

SuchSweetSorrow · 20/02/2015 07:53

I'm hoping it will be a good one tonight with mostly Jane and Ian especially as it's live and they two of the best actors there. Ooh we'll have a bit of peter actually as well Grin

So glad it wasn't Ian or Peter given their reactions at the time. I knew Jane couldn't have done it so must have been covering for someone BUT I would have preferred it to be another character like denise or abi

youarekiddingme · 20/02/2015 08:05

I think Phil gave Peggy Bens passport so Kathy couldn't turn up and take him away.

Im looking forward to tonight's live episode. I think we'll learn a lot.

Southeastdweller · 20/02/2015 08:07

Another one here who's glad it wasn't Ian or Peter. It would have undermined greatly that really sad scene they had together when Ian told Peter.

Southeastdweller · 20/02/2015 08:12

The EE boss said this yesterday in an interview about Kathy's return: 'Six months ago, we set ourselves the challenge of bringing Kathy back to the Square in a credible way. And I believe we have succeeded.'

Looking forward to seeing the explanation!

Camolips · 20/02/2015 08:13

I hope Ian doesn't find out how many people physically attacked his daughter that night. How could you carry on living in a community where there was so much hatred for your daughter and so many people kept their own part in it a secret?

And yes, of course Jane would have called an ambulance. Or shouted up to Ian at least. Ridiculous scripting.

Sunbury1986 · 20/02/2015 08:14

Not an EE watcher much these days but was back when it started. Watched most of last nights and wondered if anyone else noted the music threads from 1985? Tears for Fears etc? Also and I think this has been mentioned, if the location is near where Phil and katy were stood, overlooking the city, they must take a shed load of money to afford living there?

RJnomore · 20/02/2015 08:15

I've decided I hate this result overnight.

How much misery can they heap on poor Ian?

MarkingMyPlace9 · 20/02/2015 08:23

Well I loved the whole thing. There is still a few questions unanswered (They'll hopefully be answered tonight) I thought it was Jane, or, Jane was covering for Cindy or Bobby. I think the Kathy thing was a bit random. And what was that all about Ben and Lucy going to Miami?? But I am very much Looking forward to tonight. So very excited!

Mrsjayy · 20/02/2015 08:27

I don't like it either phsyco Steven now damien bobby poor ian, penny drop moment Baby pearl is named after the 30th aniversary (which in wedding years is pearl

Mrsjayy · 20/02/2015 08:28

I would have preferred it to have been cindy with jane covering

lbsjob87 · 20/02/2015 08:33

I've been thinking about this far too much. Am not entirely sure how you could get away with murdering your sister in a house full of people and no-one notice, but the Jane/Bobby thing is just about believable - as believable as any of it is.
She's brought him up, he's the closest thing she has or will ever have to a son, and she already lost him once so presumably she would do everything in her power to protect him.

And besides, she has to go back to Waterloo Road after half-term, which is up North, whereas Bobby goes to Walford Primary, which is round the corner, presumably, so it's easier for her to disappear for a while than him.

Southeastdweller · 20/02/2015 08:35

Waterloo Road was axed recently, lbs.

lbsjob87 · 20/02/2015 08:37

Oh. Well, maybe she needs a rest then... Can you tell I only ever saw adverts for it, but never watched a full episode?

Mrsjayy · 20/02/2015 08:38

There is only a few episodes left of waterloo road gutted can't imagine Jane will be written out.

Nativity3 · 20/02/2015 08:40

I was hoping there would be more of a ghostly element to it like the trailer... Think that would have added an additonal dimension to it!

Mrsjayy · 20/02/2015 08:41

She did the filming for waterloo road when she was living in Birmingham with Christian she came back with the best accent was all over the place.

I just checked Bobby's age, he's 11 (born July 2003)!

Mrsjayy · 20/02/2015 09:07

Nooo don't say that about baby pearl.

HoraceCope · 20/02/2015 09:08

when ian was outside live he got wet in the rain, how did they know it would be raining - he came back in the pub, not live, prerecorded and wet

actually i reckon they filmed two scenarios, when he came back in pub, one that he had been wet and one that he was dry, covering both possibilities
