As someone else said, the last one was a wasted opportunity.

I would like to give tickets to:

Simon
Chesney & girlfriend
Faye
All the Windasses
Tracey-Luv
Michelle
Sawphie
Owen
Kal and all his family

Plenty more seats available, feel free to add some more passengers!

Is Gail on number 5?

waithorse · 08/04/2015 20:02

Gary school pic would be more realistic. I've not actually seen tonight's episode.

NuggetofPurestGreen · 08/04/2015 20:03

Actually didn't he marry Karen twice? So 5 wives, 6 marriages. He'll have beaten Ian Beale now!

fairgame · 08/04/2015 20:05

coronationstreetupdates.blogspot.co.uk/2009/03/in-pictures-many-wives-of-steve.html

I had to google because i couldn't think of who the lucky 6 were! Turns out its 4 wives and 6 weddings.

MadgeFinn · 08/04/2015 20:11

Izzies hair is getting more and more like a lions mane. A bit like the lion from the Wizard of oz.

Bluetone · 08/04/2015 20:15

It does look like a school pic and I'm sure it's Chesney...I'm going to try and pause and have a good look next time I see it.

SwedishEdith · 08/04/2015 20:19

I'm sure it's Gary - spotted it the other night and was commenting on actors having to bring in RL photos for little details like that.

DocHollywood · 08/04/2015 20:23

They are a bit alike because I had a break of a few years during which time the Windasses arrived and when I saw Gary for the first few times I thought it was Chesney grown up. Blush

thenightsky · 08/04/2015 23:30

I don't think Eileen was with Owen was she? I thought she was his employee at the builder's yard. She stole money off him and he sacked her (or something like that).

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 08/04/2015 23:33

She was, he two-timed her with Liz wiki

Valsoldknickers · 08/04/2015 23:46

Sorry, I'm being a bit thick (because I am usually on Mumsnet and not paying attention) but if Jason has gotten back with Sarah Lou where has Eve gone (on maternity leave in real life I presume)? I didn't notice them breaking up and her leaving. Please can anyone let me know how it happened?

SwedishEdith · 09/04/2015 00:04

Eve got upset when Jason accused her of having an affair with Tony. Not sure exactly where she's gone through - to New York to be with Stella? Visa implications never seem to matter in soaps.

Valsoldknickers · 09/04/2015 00:06

He recovered quickly as well Grin

Valsoldknickers · 09/04/2015 00:07

Thanks SwedishEdith, bloody lame though isn't it?!

Akire · 09/04/2015 00:31

Owen went out with Liz and Eileen wow I have only been watching for 2years or so that is news, can't say I've noticed him ever having a conversation with any of them!

Why is nothing happening at the community centre any more? Why is it Sean has to work full time in the factory and in the pub yet only afford rent a room in a crowded house!

Valsoldknickers · 09/04/2015 00:35

I would guess that Sean has his Confirmation money stuffed under his mattressGrin

AgathaChristie01 · 09/04/2015 09:07

This made me laugh, but I see what you mean.
Two equally colourless characters, IMO.

MadgeFinn · 09/04/2015 09:45

More to the point why is Sean given so much air time. He seems to pop up in so many scenes even when he's not relevant. His acting is dire.

qazxc · 09/04/2015 09:52

Why is Anna suddenly cold to Owen when she was jealous and clingy only a couple of weeks ago when his ex wife was there?
Did Steve also not have a wedding with Fiona? With Jim kicking off because she'd slept with him (or am i imagining things, quite possibly).

AgathaChristie01 · 09/04/2015 10:08

Agreed. I think he has become like a caricature of himself. He seems to overact everything.

Southeastdweller · 09/04/2015 14:07

A short homophobia storyline is coming up next week so be prepared for more of the dreaded Sean. I like his boyfriend but the Sean character is unnecessary and the actor deadwood.

theliverpoolone · 09/04/2015 21:24

Every scene that Sean's in, he does a really exaggerated 'flounce' at the end of his last line. It really bugs me (and I used to quite like his character.....Blush)

TheCowThatLaughs · 09/04/2015 21:30

He also says "happen" a lot

AgathaChristie01 · 09/04/2015 23:26

I used to like Sean, in previous times, especially when he was first in Corrie.
He used to be quite funny, I think.
Now he is really OTT. That stuff recently with Emily, where he got insulted, (I can't remember why but I know he misunderstood something she said) was so ridiculous. And I agree about the flouncing.

MadgeFinn · 09/04/2015 23:50

He's so over the top, I don't know anyone who talks and acts like him in real life. He looks like he's got a bit of a nasty streak in him too.
