That thing with Jenny and jack choking ( or not).... I wonder if she's had a child die from chocking? Either one of her own or a child she was looking after or something, I'm sure it'll come out at some point but she's definatley shifty.

no mention of where Bethany sleeps and Lilly has gone to the 24 hour boarding creche tgat operates in most soaps.

They have just written Anne Kirkbride's death so it will be a few weeks yet before that happens.

Fiz is on Maternity leave under the storyline of looking after Cilla who is ill. She will be back.

The whole Gavin/Andy story is just rubbish.

Bethany has spent the last 8 years in Milan but still has a very strong Northern accent!

Sarah Lou is back on Sunday I think.

I thought Faye looked slightly pregnant in last night's episode. Bethany is growing on me; I think she has potential, and seems to have a less insular outlook than other Corrie youngsters. If she stays she'll have to go to school, perhaps Weatherfield Comp will be full and they'll go to Appeal!

Just found this thread and am actually up-to-date with Corrie, although it's seeming more of a chore to watch it these days. I fast-forward through about 80% of it now, the only story that has potential is Faye, and that came out of nowhere didn't it? Did they even show the party that she went to 8 months ago? (like I say, I might have FF-ed through that bit).

Just watching last night's episode. Faye is so obviously pregnant - there's no way her family would not have noticed!

Why was Bethany calling Audrey Audrey? She's her great-grandma so she'd call her Gran or something wouldn't she?! Maybe the writers have forgotten this!!

Carla is on holiday(again) in LA. I think she's back soon.

I too thought the same about Bethany calling Audrey, Audrey. Think she does act well and looks similar to Sarah Lou but agree the nothern accent is too strong.

Agree milli . Her school jumper is huge, that would have needed to be bought new, not to mention her blouses.

There's no way Anna can be just putting this down to a bit of puppy fat. I know it's not real but it annoys me. Even if Faye kept her coat on all the time and her actual uniform was tight underneath and she was hiding it then that would be some way towards being realistic. But having a new big jumper etc is not.

While I'm on my hobbyhorse, few weeks ago Gail was pegging out washing and one of the items was a babygro which can't have been more than 3-6 months. I doubt it would fit Lily, if she does in fact still exist.

I must admit I'm getting obsessed with the lack of evidence of Lily's existence. No highchair, no sign of her ever having been fed, no-one plays with her or takes her to the Red Rec, she never cries, all her potential baby-sitters meet up together in the Rovers or the Bistro. And where on earth do they keep that massive dolls' house that David bought at Christmas?

Also, would the GP not have asked about her periods, or examined her, when Anna brought her there. I know she could still have lied, but...
It's just too annoying, that whole storyline.

Am laughing re the baby clothes, so true! As for the dolls house, I expect there is a huge playroom, upstairs, along with the multiple bedrooms !

I remember the baby clothes on the line it was just after her first birthday party and Gail was hanging out tiny tiny clothes...bad show props people!

Wish the pregnancy was bit more realistic surely mum would been buying her pads all this time so one of them must noticed ok there 8 packs in the draw now!

Oh and could understand about the jumper if was fashable for it to be big she wouldn't need it much longer now April/may then no jumper over the summer term.

And another thing about Faye. Weeks ago she was forging letters to get out of PE and bunking off, and now unless Weatherfield Comp has changed her timetable, how is she now avoiding PE and the girls who were teasing her about her weight/large tum?

Yes nomontagues, I said similar a while ago. She won't be able to keep her coat on and stay all huddled up at school, so surely a teacher would have spotted her pregnancy by now

I noticed too the other day that everyone was going to go for a drink, all the Platts and not one person mentioned who the hell was going to mind Max and Lily while they were gone

I saw the front cover of OK! magazine earlier when I was in Tesco and Tina O'Brien is on it. I know these photos are 'improved' but she really does look the same age as the actress who plays her teenage daughter. She's also looking very youthful in the pics I've seen on Digital Spy . We'll see on Sunday (hour long episode).

I can't see them putting Sarah and Jason back together again. They had a child together in RL then split up quite acrimoniously, so I can't imagine being an on-screen couple again would be easy.
