Grin ha ha wiener, edge of seats

RitaOrange · 14/02/2015 11:11

No Lauren hasn't left yet !

I think she will though .

Scenario :Wedding goes ahead all happy/jolly Hmm but we see cards and presents pile up knowing that Laurens card is in there - saying she knows what happened to Lucy BUT after the wedding Jane/Ian opens the card and Lauren has confessed its her and legged it cue> Dum dums BUT it isn't her she only thinks she killed Lucy and we find out in the next episode that it isn't her after all .

I keep coming back to Denise but I don't know why Confused

Fakebook · 14/02/2015 11:13

It can't be Lauren because Emma met with the murderer didn't she? Lauren wasn't even drinking alcohol so she can't have murdered her in a drunken attack and then forgotten.

I think it's a Beale. She's still managed to have conversations with Max and Abi since she found out, but she's avoided the Beales. So I'm sticking with Jane and Max somehow helped her move the body. But after watching last nights episode it's too obvious to be Jane now! I'm Confused.

Loved Dot and Nick's scenes but he's not dead is he? She said "see you in the morning" before she left. I think someone else finds him and kills him.

HoraceCope · 14/02/2015 11:17

did sharon say something about not seeing each other once you are married? i.e. phil went to hospital then prison when they got married didnt he??

Cooki3Monst3r · 14/02/2015 11:25

Horace she was talking about not seeing each other on the day, before the wedding.

Fakebook, she's been avoiding her dad. And she could be avoiding the beales because she can't face them knowing / thinking she knows and not wanting to fess up because she obviously loves whoever did it. Or loves people who loves them iyswim.

I really hope Lauren just goes home with her mum.

youarekiddingme · 14/02/2015 11:28

What line was fluffed Weiner?

Cooki3Monst3r · 14/02/2015 11:38

Jack's line. It's shown on the Roxy & Ronnie 'Back To Ours' episode. Although I guess it's probably on you tube. I can't remember what the line was.

Candycandle · 14/02/2015 11:41

I originally thought it was abi. But now I'm thinking it was Jane. Not sure what her motive would be though for covering it up

HoraceCope · 14/02/2015 11:43

I remember Jack said The Public instead of what he was sposed to say

HoraceCope · 14/02/2015 11:44

Have watched that 7 minute trailer and am more confused than ever Confused

RitaOrange · 14/02/2015 11:52

Interesting: I found something that states Denise got drunk and tells everyone that Emma ( policewoman) would have found out who killed Lucy if she did her job properly ( a sort of killers boast???) Cant remember that episode though.

Did she meet with Emma and Emma realises its her but is then killed when hit by a car and so there is no reveal.

Also whats the reference to "shine bright like a diamond" which played in the 7 minute episode ?

Drugs -"Lucy in the sky with diamonds" ??
Too obvious that as it played Denise is standing there with a huge diamante D ??

Driving myself bonkers here !!
Cant wait for next week Grin

Monstermuncher · 14/02/2015 12:17

As others have said, I too am confused as to how Lauren has figured this out. A landline number doesn't narrow it down enough, unless any of the suspects live or work alone? IIRC the paper just said SOC and the phone number (I have to admit to ignorance here as I didn't know that SOC meant scene of crime) but it alone isn't enough for Lauren to "know what happened to Lucy". It just tells you where she may have been killed, unless Lauren has suddenly remembered something else from that night? I am loving all the different theories people have, I really am so excited for next week.

WienerDiva · 14/02/2015 12:33

Jack fluffing it

youarekiddingme · 14/02/2015 12:48

Hahahaha - looks like he fluffed more than the 1 line Grin

RitaOrange · 14/02/2015 13:28

Cringe !

Crikey found Eastenders top 10 deaths on that link as well.
Dens wasn't among them Confused

LeprechaunsAndUnicorns · 14/02/2015 13:34

Can anyone please link to the 7 min trailer? I can only find a 30 sec one. I think Denise!

RitaOrange · 14/02/2015 13:35

Linky is up thread ^

WorraLiberty · 14/02/2015 13:39

I'm very nearly past caring who killed Lucy because they've milked the fuck out of it for so long Grin

I'm more curious to know, why there were photos of her under Billy Mitchell's fridge.

On another note, I'm really looking forward Graham Norton on Monday night. It's an Eastenders Anniversary special.

Southeastdweller · 14/02/2015 13:54

It's not a trailer Leprechauns, but an overview of the story so far. I linked to it at 9.56 this morning.

PeteCampbellsRecedingHairline · 14/02/2015 14:03

The 7 minute trailer makes it looks like Max.

RitaOrange · 14/02/2015 14:26

What does Emma say to Max at 5.34 on that trailer ?
It sounds like she says " it wasn't Laura/Lauren"

TidyDancer · 14/02/2015 14:37

I don't remember Jane putting anything under the floorboards, what was that? That was in the 7 minute trailer.

I am still going with Abi though. In the early days I thought Jay, but I'm firmly in the Abi (with Max's help to cover up) camp now. My alternative choice is Denise. I just don't see it being a Beale.

TidyDancer · 14/02/2015 14:38

Rita, I think she says "it wasn't there".

RitaOrange · 14/02/2015 14:42

Oh yes you are right !< disappointed>

What wasn't there though ? Do we know what she meant ??

TidyDancer · 14/02/2015 14:46

I don't think we 'officially' know, but I think someone on this thread (or maybe another) speculated it was to do with Jane's car which was outside the Beale's house but then wasn't there on Fatboy's video. I think that's that's right. Whether or not it's actually the correct theory though, I don't know.
