Floppers I'm rewatching whilst multitasking so it's allowed. I've spent approx the last 17 years feeling that I can't catch up with anything, so I know exactly how you feel. Especially on a birthday weekend.

Just to segue into a Comtess Peptalk TM.... I'm a great believer in ring fencing time for myself. Even if it's ten mins listening to a podcast or a 20 min bath with a book. I schedule time for me the same way I slot in breakfast, homework helping etc etc. I see each day in little segments and always include some time for me. This is why I'm always late to bed of course. You need to make it a habit. . You do amazingly Flops, keep on going xx
