elk to you I'd recommend The Art of Low-carbohydrate performance' as LC would benefit your running, I think. The original book I mentioned was Why We Get Fat by Gary Taubes. I recommend it to (obviously not for weight loss for you) but for understanding how and why the current low fat diet is peddled onto the masses by the governments.
Yep, 16 kg. the heaviest I've ever been. The fat sort of distributed evenly so I looked 'normal' if you had 't met me before. No arm chewing, if I had a craving I'd have a 70% chocolate or greek yoghurt with berries or indeed the clotted cream with berries. Now not really interested.
