Thanks for asking Comtess: after shoulder hospital, I have spent 6 hours out of the last 8 working on my document for Monday meeting.
But I am brain bamboozled. I have read documents stretching the last 5 years. I have written and written. And made notes of everything I need to mention. And currently it looks a right state and completely incoherent.
But Dh said I had to stop coz I'm not doing my best work anymore.

I could so do with a drink! Day 6 of dry January! Hope my skin improves soon and I reap the Heath benefits I'm supposed to get, coz right now I feel terrible!

No I've not run today. My stretches are for my physio's benefit :-)
