Am mid re-watch.
Am loving Athos smirk and swag. And lean.
BBC HAS been listening.

And WW said Rochefort has the coldest eyes. Yes I adore those cold nasty eyes. Warren plays him brilliantly.

I disagree with EVERYONE. Saying that Dog was unfair to Constance.
He is very right. Love IS Everything. Compared to the miserable marriage she has. She could have a lovely relationship with Dog. And yes, if he died, she might end up with nothing. But I think its worth the risk. She could have many happy years of love, with the man she is supposed to be with.

And her brown hair, with her curly twaty fringe, is f**king vile. Bring back the red!!!!

MrsMinton · 03/01/2015 16:03

Some lots of this wouldn't go amiss

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 03/01/2015 16:13

Nah, I wanted Connie to slap Dog after that 'coward' comment. Though if she's that desperate I can't see why she can't just shag him and still be married to wassisface.

Also, this thread seesm very heavily decorated in Aramis. Hmm.

Flippin ironing!
Am just doing ANOTHER immediate re-watch, because there is so much ironing.
Well, you just can't take everything in, on the Friday night, can you?
So you spot new things on the first re-watch.
but you spot even more on the 2nd re-watch. Right? Wink

That's what I've told dh!!

LetUsPrey · 03/01/2015 16:22

Exactly Chaise!

Leaping - awesome!

I very nearly got a rewatch going but then DS2 came in. Muppets Take Manhattan instead. Talk about polar opposites.

ApricotCrush · 03/01/2015 16:32

Beaten in the ratings by Benidorm. Seen by 3.64 million. Sad Why the hell did you have to move it BBC?

Benidorm secures ratings victory over The Musketeers.

MavisGrind · 03/01/2015 16:53

Back from the car wash and place marking.

That doesn't bode well for S3 does it Apes?

AnneOfAramis · 03/01/2015 16:58

That has really pissed me off.

MiladyBeaWinter · 03/01/2015 17:05

Will adjusted figures not improve that? The ones including iplayer? If so let's all make sure we download from iplayer and watch it online too!

alsmutko · 03/01/2015 17:05

Yikes. Once they start messing with the schedule, day, time, that's the death knell.
No accounting for taste; Mrs Brown's Boys was top of the Christmas shows. WTF?

SparklesRedHotChileLeather · 03/01/2015 17:06

That is crap. Utter crap. Fucking BBC.

That's ruined my day.

I want to go to Prague. I have a NY resolution to keeeeeeep Sad

SparklesRedHotChileLeather · 03/01/2015 17:07

Benidorm & Mrs BB are 2 programmes guaranteed to give me The Rage whenever I see them trailered. I have never seen either of them but the ads are enough.

Sometimes I DESPAIR of the UK public.

What do I have to do in iPlayer?! Is it enough to watch it?

LetUsPrey · 03/01/2015 17:10

Was going to say exactly the same re Mrs BB.

I'm sure they factor in all the iplayer figures or something.

JessCate · 03/01/2015 17:20

It doesn't help that that shit Benidorm seems to have had more promo, plus it's in its regular slot. I think musketeers will improve with iiplayer - a lot of people are probably still unaware it's on a Friday, due to there bbc's poor promo!

ApricotCrush · 03/01/2015 17:23

Sorry wenches, but we had to know. Yes, they do add on the IPlayer downloads.

For what it's worth, I think there will still be S3 because the overseas sales are so lucrative to the BBC and everything is in place. But what do I know?

FancyFancy · 03/01/2015 17:23

Benidorm FFS. I thought that looked outdated when it first aired, let alone now. I can't believe etc. etc.

ChaiseLounger · 03/01/2015 17:40

"The Cardinal knew all your secrets. He'll expose your sins, even from beyond the grave".

Thus, I think Cardinal will expose the dauphin.

FancyFancy · 03/01/2015 17:40

We need wenches on the BARB panel, it seems that the official BARB figures are done on a sample basis of approx 5,000 homes via a set-top box.

I wonder how long they can keep working out ratings like that? The only homes that cannot be included in the sample are those with no tv, which will probably be all the young adults who save money by watching everything online through catch-up tv. (And I bet more young adults watch TM than Benidorm)

DrinkFeckArseGirls · 03/01/2015 17:42

Hiding. DD inthe bathtub.
also am ignoring the accounts for the other business I closed earlier in the year.

MadamedeChevreuse · 03/01/2015 17:43

Just read end of last thread. jess, well there you go, if his team has just bought a new player, obviously the earth stops turning doesnt it. Hmm Flowers

ww Grin at your blunt size enquiry. Do you know the phrase 'dont kiss and tell'? I think this may be where leaping is coming from!

helen have you found your wench mojo yet?

BloodyElkFire · 03/01/2015 17:45

What the fuck is Benidorm....sounds dreadful.

With all our suggestions I think they're going to have to move it to an even later time slot....maybe somewhere between Eurotrash and The Sex Show Grin

BloodyElkFire · 03/01/2015 17:47

I haven't seen a single trailer for The Musketeers. It's a disgrace Angry

WickedWenchOfTheNorth · 03/01/2015 18:11

Don't kiss and tell doesn't apply in the Tavern Madame Grin

AnneOfAramis · 03/01/2015 18:11

Completely agree with everything that has been said. I have not seen the trailer in a scheduled timeslot at all. I have only seen it via our links.

The One Show I am afraid is where they need to be for publicity. People go off to work/the school run and do watch BBC Breakfast - however so so many people watch The One Show, even if they don't consciously do so IYSWIM.

AnneOfAramis · 03/01/2015 18:13

I also prefer the Sunday night slot. Sunday night is the night when people are likely to be home and want something light to end the weekend and start their week. Friday is just too busy a night to grab too many people who watch fucking Benidorm Benidorm is on about its 65th series or something isnt it?? Feels like its been around forever which isnt helpful either.
