I'm very of all you student types, I'd love to continue with my education but can't afford the fees. I am doing a free online course starting in a couple of weeks about Hamlet so that when I inevitably get chatting to Benedict we'll have something to talk about

Apes - I think the US automatically get it as it's actually a BBC America production.

I think there will probably be a S3 and that will be it. Tom already voiced his reluctance to go beyond a third at the carol service as I recall and I don't think the powers that be would want to recast Athos at that stage. I also suspect Santi wouldn't be up for a fourth.

Depending on the success/failure of the project Tom recently embarked on behind the camera - Gentlemen of the Road was it? - I think we may see him writing and directing more as well as acting. I think he also won't abandon his theatre career and I for one hope he will do something in theatre soon after the end of filming S3 if that does go ahead.

As for the rest, I could see Santi taking a mini sabattical to spend time with his family. Howie seems dead set on the Black Count project and Luke might try his hand in the US.

Tamla Kari also mentioned something in an interview some time last year that she wanted to go to LA so maybe they will all disappear off to bigger things across the pond.
