I think Tony has been doing the drawing himself. It showed him drawing it on a pad whilst on the phone to Baptiste. I suppose we are to believe that he's become obsessed and now draws it himself.

Oh holy moly, was the drawing in the ice something he did on the police car window?
I can't quite accept he's dead, although I assume he is.
The horrible details about how he was run over but then was alive was too much for me, I sobbed, a lot.
