I've just looked at the voting for Our Girl for the Radio Times award and it's currently ahead of Sherlock. I have done a few votes myself :) if they do win.... OMG, maybe a MN coach trip to the red carpet event!!!

Low Rise To Candleford is currently available on Virgin 'on demand', under tv, then box sets. He's in season 3 & 4

Guys, just voted in the Radoo Times thing and Sherlock is in the lead so get voting again. Dominic Cumberbatch is nice but not a patch on CJ.

Radio Times vote is still Sherlock, just. I've never seen the attraction of BCumb - weird looking bloke and no legs akimbo nor bed eyes

I know CJwoof it's not his best, may even be his worse. I also much prefer Nickel pics...

I can't see us beating Sherlock. I've just spent a few minutes on that website voting again and again and it hasn't made a blind bit of difference, we are still losing. Bloody cumberbatch fans, he has as much sex appeal as a tupperware container

Our girl was slightly ahead earlier. Although I have to say I like Sherlock, although not that keen on Benedict looks wise...

I am quite surprised Our Girl got this far as Downtown, Dr Who etc have been knocked out already.

You'll hate me but as much as I love OG (why wouldn't I?) I've got to admit that Sherlock is just so cleverly written and I do find the whole ensemble quite appealing although obviously Sherlock Holmes can't complete with CJ - they should try comparing them in combats - no contest!

I think it's a ploy on the part of The Radio Times who realise that OG is very poplular but who's editor was quite anti OG in all the reviews each week. Of course, she loves Sherlock! Sherlock has a much wider fan base. Oh Dear. I will still vote of course, multiple times!

Earlier today someone mentioned University Challenge - I think it was you Ilove - and as its on today and I am a bit partial to it even though its only so that I can shout haha! at the particularly smart/nerdy/disengaged from reality one there always seems to be on one of the teams each week - apologies I know they are someone's DS or DD - just because they don't know the answer to something totally obvious that everyone knows. I think it was suggested that we could do well on a picture round thanks to all of Icemist's pics but I also wondered if we could pose any "starter for ten" questions. Perhaps these could feature in the OG annual - every good annual has one or even better what about one of those quizes that helps you determine which character you are most like. eg mostly a's you are a Corporal Kinders etc. Definitely rambling here, but I bet you could think up the questions to ask!
