Raahh · 29/11/2014 13:13

Earplugs and cheese board, 'Allo 'Allo style, available on request.

Here's the list.

Tonight’s X Factor 2014 songlist – Week 8 / Jukebox songs

Andrea Faustini
Hero – Mariah Carey
Chandelier – Sia

Lauren Platt
Don’t You Worry Child – Swedish House Mafia
Clarity – Zedd

Stereo Kicks
Run – Leona Lewis
Just The Way You Are – Bruno Mars

Ben Haenow
Thinking Out Loud – Ed Sheeran
Come Together – The Beatles

Fleur East
If I Ain’t Got You – Alicia Keys
A Fool In Love – Tina Turner

They have decided to make Pugsy as predictable as they can, haven't they? Sad

And Run is NOT by Leona Lewis, and her version of the song wasn't so far from the original that the song gets to be credited to her, ffs.

I'm debating putting my tree up. Not really got time on Monday- I like to have it up by the 1st. Grin

runs in case Maryz is lurking

See y'all later.

That could be changed to

Please help me, to find that movicol
Please help me; this is not worth dying for

Raahh · 30/11/2014 19:33

I have more boxes of chocolate flavoured movicol than actual food in this house.

Raahh · 30/11/2014 19:37

I'm watching Strictly. Unfortunately, at the female violinist sitting down in their big frocks look a lot like loo roll holders.

Fm aye it would help you out if pugsy would produce an album with actual bowel moving effects, raahh.

The movicol routine sounds grim though. Sorry.

Raahh · 30/11/2014 19:43

It's rubbish- and has gone on for ages. And getting a headstrong 4 year old to drink 8 sachets in a day, is no mean feat. I have hidden the stuff in all sorts of things to get her to drink it. Grin

We always had the opposite problem with ds2 and endured years of toddler diarrhoea. He was sent home from nursery for no good reason so many times, despite many, many doctor's letters explaining that he shouldn't be sent home for loose nappies alone. It was very frustrating.

We got given a list of foods to avoid, and it was pretty much anything healthy, as the intention was to try to clog his system up. I had to go in to nursery and say, I need you to make sure you give him only white bread for health reasons (and don't, for goodness sake, let him near an orange). Grin

NoisyBrain · 30/11/2014 19:58

My DS tends towards sloppyness in the bottom region too. If there's anything remotely wrong with him (teething, a cold, a 'y' in the month) it manifests itself in a shit-fest. I used to actually envy friends whose babies were constipated.

Speaking of shit, who do we think is going out tonight?

RudolphUcker · 30/11/2014 19:58

Does sound grim, poor Raahy
Now, are we here?

Raahh · 30/11/2014 20:00

Cal- we've had the 'sending home' problem too. Even though the movicol makes her loose (eventually) she isn't ill. But it's not pleasant so I'm keeping he off til Tuesday, and hopefully she'll be over it.

Union J? They are running out of credible guests aren't they? Grin

TheFairyCaravan · 30/11/2014 20:00

Sounds horrid, poor Raahh and mini-Raahh.

We staying here?

RudolphUcker · 30/11/2014 20:00

Ooo, the Babyshits tonight
And a bit of Queen joining in the Group Shout. I bet there will be hugging of Heynow and Year9

CalamitouslyWrong · 30/11/2014 20:01

I think all the shit talk is so appropriate given this is an xfactor thread. Grin

I always feel slightly disappointed that only one will be going.

Raahh · 30/11/2014 20:01

Noisy- I want the Year 8 Mastrbaters to go.

I'm scared it will be Pugsy.

OP posts:
Raahh · 30/11/2014 20:02

Babyshits are so appropriate this week, aren't they though. It's like Simon knew!

OP posts:
RudolphUcker · 30/11/2014 20:03

It's loading OK for me, may as well stay here and talk more shit?

Frozenchipsareawful · 30/11/2014 20:03

Union j? Barrel scraping ! Love the dermot chat to his boss, nothing scripted about that.

CalamitouslyWrong · 30/11/2014 20:03

She probably feels a bit crap too, I'd imagine. DS2 was always totally fine. It was just that his nappies were always horrific. If he was actually ill, he'd be full of other signs (often projectile vomiting; he's very good at that).

Raahh · 30/11/2014 20:03

I don't like Queen.
Adam lambert is ok.

I have grown to like Ella. She seems genuinely nice, and stopped singing miserable things. I'm bored of 'Ghosts' though- Ds had to sing it at school. We had weeks of rehearsing it.

OP posts:
RudolphUcker · 30/11/2014 20:04

Queen with who now? Your man from the West End thing?

CalamitouslyWrong · 30/11/2014 20:04

We've already had a queen week. We don't need them kind of on the results show too. It almost makes Union j look like a reasonable choice.

TheFairyCaravan · 30/11/2014 20:05

He's from American Idol or some such program Rudy

chockbic · 30/11/2014 20:05

Is that rylan? What's his chat then?

RudolphUcker · 30/11/2014 20:06

Oh, is it? He's about the only person on that stage smugger than ShoutyKick.

Frozenchipsareawful · 30/11/2014 20:06

I had to google him, came second in the american x factor a while back. Sounds ok. No freddie though!

Raahh · 30/11/2014 20:06

I think the Queen thing, coincides with Aids day, and Freddie's death. Hence more BLOODTY QUEEN.
