So we're onto X Factor proper!

The pretty guy was Ashley then . For me, I'm lovin the Hairdressers (not a clue what their band name is), the pretty guy (Ashley), and Ben (long hair).

Don't like stage school kid one teeny tiny bit.

So presumably Avenue were thrown out because their management deal was current?

So what about Rowetta, Im sure she has a manager.

Some are 'good' but thats about it!

I thikn that Ashley is good, different and funky

I think that band with the six of them in it are brilliant. I really thought Jonathan would win and hes not even in teh final 12.

not getting Ashley at all - did you see his audition? sounded like a pub singer - crap!

Sharon's lot are doomed!

Ashley has a very annoying nasaly (sp) voice and is totally up his own arse.

Ray - bit too caberet and look like a little munster

Leona - looks like a horse and no personality

Kerry - good voice but some others were better

Robert - taking it very very seriously and cries a lot with his arm covering his eyes

Nikita - this year's sob story - (but i do like her)

Ben (long haired one) - voice doesnt match his body

cant remember any of the others

I'd agree with that mandy - except gravelly voice Ben - he is crapola too - he's in for his 'look'

I like the black boy group too - don't know what they're called.

Which ones Ashley? Which group?

Ben reminds me very much of the fellow who was one of the two finalists last year (or year before)in America named Bo Bice. He and Ben have a similar vocal style and "look" (though the American chap had a beard). Expect we'll hear Ben do some Joe Cocker songs....

I thought Robert was disappointing but Eton Road surprised me by making me really like them. What did you think?

Missed Robert, but caught Eton Road, thought they did well considering they came in late to the live rehearsals.

Great voice, dodgy body language I thought -looked a bit constipated and the mike was too low for him! And not much personality - but he's our local hope so I'm backing him!

MacDonald brothers - yawwwwn

I really didn't like the McDonald (Macdonald?) brothers. Boooorrrrriiiiinnnnngggggg song, and no stage presence, IMO.

Agree - very flaky performance - nothing to write home about imo.
