Dp was slightly surprised when I remarked "It's a bit taters ain't it?" this morning. Don't think I can quite pull it off - might have to hold off using it in public.

I'm going to try and use the taters one today, I think ... I like that one, and I don't usually use it, lets see how many strange looks I get in the playground!

icemist what a lovely way to wake up. That middle picture is one of my absolute favourites of CJ. He's just so manly in it and MD so small and cute! On my own recuperating again. Not sure if the cat will understand Cockney rhyming slang. May give it a try!

I love the group one, that was from behind the scenes wasn't it? CJ looks all rough and ready! My heart goes fluttery when I see his picture.. Still got it bad, although like Icemist have been really good all week.

I'm out all day with a friend (so will keep my posts incognito) but I am going to try and get some rhyming slang, MD style in. I can't imagine it's going to be that successful, but will give it a go.

Turns out I only felt moby because I was hank. Checked my aris' earlier in case my farmers were playing up!

Am on enforced abstinence from OG watching as I don't have the DVD (waiting for Christmas) but seem to have replaced the episodes with repeated viewing of the whatta man you tube video. (And can feel a Cockney rhyming slang fascination developing...)

orphan well done you for OG/CJ control. I seem to waste hours on tumblr, it's quite fascinating that there are some crazy people out there, yes more than us!!!

richtea am just rather worried that when I finally get my hands on the dvd, that watching CJ in full again will be too much for my fragile system.

Don't worry, we will be there for you. If any one can help the OG/CJ overload - it will be us! My fragile system will be overloaded with Quality Street at Christmas!

aspara welcome, might be hard to get some CJisms in the conversation in your line of work. What about "stay focused, stay alert, stay out of detention!"

Is anyone a first aider? "We need to medivac him out of here, he's pissing blood" would be a great line to use when dealing with a nose bleed.

I don't know about going to Bath "sounds a bit shit". Only joking, it would be a great laugh but fear it is too far for me. I think if we did it it would be rude not to invite BA and TG along as honoury members.

Thanks for the article cherin am so glad they won't remake bagpuss. It's by far my favourite kids programme from growing up. I so wanted to be Emily as a child.

Yes Kinders does sport a nice pair of forearms himself I've noticed (not a patch on CJ's obviously). Im like orphan actually, enforced abstinence due to having asked for the DVD for Christmas, and you tube clips either don't work anymore, or are not that great- music often cuts out, at the best bits. I just can't wait for a day to myself when I finally get the DVD. Sofa, chocolates, maybe a glass of something and an Our Girl marathon with no family around, bliss! Not sure how soon after Christmas day I can make that happen but will try hard...

Oh good grief! I haven't got time for RL. Every time I attempt to put some bloody effort in and do something necessary but irksome, I end up miles behind on the thread!

Slightly lost in a few places on the rhyming slang, but I mostly got them. What does molten rhyme with?

My power over the dog seems to waning. For some reason he wasn't impressed by me standing by the open back door insisting he needs to "go, I need you to do that bloody wee!" It might have been the bucketing rain!

Hi all! Love love love the way everyone is trying their hand at rhyming slang today alongside some really heroic efforts at inserting OGisms into the most unexpected of places. I don't think I could pull off the rhyming slang (suspect people would look at me like I'd grown an extra head) but I do need to put some bloody effort into OGism use...
