Oh am I thinking tattoos then? For some reason I thought there was a minimum age for piercings too (except ears).

I hope whoever pierced her tongue warned her about what it could do to her front teeth.

"I'm going to stab you in your penis" - probably not what he was hoping they would say. He probably had grand visions of them breaking out into iambic pentameter. Did make me laugh though.

It would appear that different places can make their own rules re piercing.
