Eldest got into college so much quieter at home ! DH still in a bad way and has pneumonia to boot.

Having a vaguely similar issue to Raahh's DS with the appendix/IBS thing but otherwise not too bad.

Have let the tennis following slip a bit so need to catch up.

I suffer with IBS too, its not fun, I know.

Getting older isn't good, is it ? I thought life was supposed to get easier but it hasn't yet...

Older I'm only 32.

Don't know that it is IBS yet, just an increasingly long list of things it isn't. Which is good. It would just be better if we could narrow it down to bowel, gynae or renal/urinary tract.

It does seem to be getting better at the moment, so I can't complain too much. I have a feeling it was an ovarian cyst, complicated with an as yet undiagnosed IBS flare up.

I'm 38 and keep getting told I'm just a pup but it doesn't feel like it. I didn't mind turning 30 but I'm not looking forward to turning 40. It feels like I have less of my life to live, well I know I do but you know what I mean !

Really helps when your own mother gives you some sort of electric shock thing for when the hot flushes start...

You've still got plenty of life left at 38.
