Good result for Stan- though still not convinced he can successfully defend his Aussie title.

And the other finalist was Aljaz Bedene- who want to play for GB (though there are GB players who are not happy about this). Anyway- he seems like a pretty nifty player.

Latest rumours re Pot are that his left wrist is hurting him. But they are just rumours, and I'll remain optimistic with some help from the Baileys until anything is confirmed/denied.

Pot set to come back in Brisbane on 4 Jan. Really hope it happens this time but I won't get my hopes up til I see him on court, in his shorts and with a racquet in his hand!

Yeah they do that. 'Getting' tickets just means you 'get' the opportunity to buy them.

My Dad used to get them through the work he did for his local tennis club. That just meant he got first refusal on that chance to buy a pair.
