Settling into this week's episode ....

My DH just said (after 1 year marker) that he thinks it's lost its way. I'm somewhat inclined to agree. Nice that Molly and Colin Hanks have found their way to one another though.

I should add, he reckons it would have been better if they'd done it in 5 or 6 episodes and upped the pace a bit.

I think its just about to get interesting. Didn't Colin Hanks say he wanted to be a mailman originally but they weren't hiring, so he joined the police? Think it was last week that it was said.

I was distracted for a minute and stopped watching so please can you all tell me something? Who was Billy Bob strangling in the men's room, looked like a police uniform the vic was wearing. I thought it was Colin Hanks but it looked like the person ended up dead?!?

The problem is I have face blindness and if I don't pick up on clues surrounding a character I don't have a clue who they are. I had no idea the fitness trainer and the plumber at Milos's house were the same person till I found out on here!

It jumped forward a year. One minute Colin Hanks was sitting in the police car courting Molly then the camera drifted past some trees and the subtitle "one year later" popped up and Colin was a postman.

Dumb question from me - at the very beginning, where it says "this is based on true events and only the names have been changed".

That's not true is it?

Because the original Fargo movie was before 2006?
