Clay I remember your burnt smoke smell

i lit a candle, sneezed, and knocked it into the tree, Which had lights on. So I had to unplug everything, an then dump the tree in the sink.

I'm in big trouble tomorrow.

However- despite all the alarms,- NONE of my family woke up!!!

(the smell is really annoyingg me)

Does it have that horrible burnt plastic smell? That was what got me the most. Consider yourself lucky you smoke alarms aren't linked to the entire building, setting them off in every other flat as well.

I have just laughed out loud at that. It's completely the sort of accident I would have.

Can I join in, I have no idea what all your codes mean and have only been watching since the start of the Jas stalker thing but I have to sky plus it and watch it while eating tea, ds demands doctors! He won't eat when it's not on, we watch peppa at the weekend)
The Karen storyline is annoying me, just get her back to normal and dye her hair back!

Hello and welcome, Drink!

I think Gobby rang Jack as he came to visit her in hospital when she didn't realise he was her son, and then she saw his message left on the GobbyWiki page they have set up to help her remember. I think she rang him because she is trying to make sense of who she really is.

I think the storyline is really good, we are seeing it from all angles and the impact the injury has on everybody. It is heartbreaking to see how it has affected Gobbyplod. I hope she does recover but if they rushed it it would be ridiculous.

The bit that confused me Anne was why Gobby asked if Jack had a girlfriend. Maybe it was from a motherly aspect, not in a fancying aspect hopefully. She just wants to know he is happy/normal?

I enjoyed the panto bits in yesterdays although I am mildly traumatised by seeing Als chest hair spilling over his Buttons costume. Bleurgh!

Didn't like Barry getting made a fool of. I'd like him to find lurve.

Highlight was Mrs T in her splendid costume and she had her nicer wig on.

I have faux candles this year - got a pack of 6 in Costco which are remote-controlled and they are fab! I love them! You can put them wherever you like and they don't set the house on fire.

I thought the girlfriend question was because she wanted to know if he was happy and settled.
