Just caught up. Loved the "Howarrrrrrrrrd" and "Morrisons" bits. The scriptwriters are giving Jimmi's OCD a good outing this time.

I think he just said he missed blood in the nostrils, signs of overdose. He didn't really examine the man because he was freaking out.
