BBC2, 8.30pm. Monica is back. Michel is back. Sadly, Greg is also back, but we can't have everything. This is my favourite Masterchef variant, so I am a happy bunny.

Spanish David looks like the father of one of ds' friends. I might have to support him for that reason alone, he also seems to be the most competent so far.
Ooooh peanuts, everything is better with peanuts.

I can not believe they sent home the bald guy (james? I think) and kept marcel. You could tell he was so inexperienced.

I missed an episode - what happened to the Brummie chap? I was trying to find out what restaurant he works at.

They ballsed up getting rid of James.

No. Most of the dishes seemed pretty uninspired. Actually, most of the chefs seemed pretty dull. Not a good week.

In the voice-over at the start of tonight's episode Greg was described as "a diner"!! That's a job????

Better than calling him what he is, which is a green grocer!

Really unimpressive group.

I wonder if they cook for the producers or if they are randomly split up.

I decided I quite fancied David. Then I had a saucy dream about him and now I'm utterly fangirling. Decidedly tricky to googlestalk tho, curses.

Ha ha vivipru he is a little older than Spanish David and a little scruffier looking, he's a mechanic and he is very nice. He came to my rescue once when the handbrake of my car wouldn't release.

Not impressed with this weeks bunch either.
