BBC2, 8.30pm. Monica is back. Michel is back. Sadly, Greg is also back, but we can't have everything. This is my favourite Masterchef variant, so I am a happy bunny.

Yes why deconstruct a cheese cake? It's perfectly lovely as a cheese cake (except his wasn't)

Because it was deliberate that last time, Keema. He put lemon and things on them as well, so the acid would have could cooked them a bit.
