I'm still stupidly excited about the 'new' Troughton episodes, but just to add to the fun, Watch are showing some seriously classic episodes today from 2pm. Any else watching? And what are you looking forward to as we approach the anniversary episode and beyond?

Did you see Smith and Tennant on Graham Norton last night? Hilarious. i bet they had a right laugh filming it.

I like Clara better than Amy. I really got irritated by her by the end.

Yeah but Matt Smith said at the end that he was "Going Home" and the implication was that he was going to find the lost Gallifrey and Tom Baker hinted that he would find it...

...I am failing to believe that having gone to the trouble of resurrecting Gallifrey that Moffat is just going to leave it there.

I liked Joanna Page as QE1.

That was amazing. What an episode.
Even DD (who is usually a bit chatty) was absolutely silent right the way through. When DT said he didn't want to go I shed a tear, I miss him but do love MS.
I really like Clara too.

I like Clara. I like that she likes the Dr but isn't simpering over him like Amy did.

The Rose-10 love story was great, but it should be a one off.

Elizabeth the 1st was welsh though

I don't think so, although I stand to be corrected. Henry Vii was Welsh but Elizabeth I spent most of her upbringing at Hatfield House.

I sobbed when they said "this time you won't have to do it alone".

Clara is ok. I still think she is coming into her role really.

Not a patch on River Song!

I thought the regeneration issue was addressed with River - she gave him her regenerations when she saved his life.

I like Clara. She seems a thinker as well as adventurous. Whereas Amy was an adrenaline junkie, and Rose struck me as a drama queen sometimes. I liked Donna best, even though I was quite prepared to hate her initially.

I'm sure DW mentioned in previous episode Liz 1 was waiting for him somewhere so they could get married?

We laughed when it said "England 1569" (or whatever year it was) and I said mmmm I think that's Wales.
And low and behold, QE1 had a welsh accent!!!!!
It was fantastic.
I will admit there was a little tear.

I think Clara is not a patch on Donna, who I loved.

With Donna there was no romantic connection, which I think is great.

Martha always gets overlooked but many of her episodes were pure genius

And seeing the next doctor mixed in with it all was great.

HowManyDaysUntilChristmas, I seem to recall a comment about needing to change Liz I's nickname - I took that to mean The Virgin Queen was no longer applicable

I'm sorry if this has already been done. We were just watching the new episode about the Doctor they wanted to forget. I said to DP, " but surely that's Sylvester McCoy?" Tee hee.
