That was lovely. I liked that the school where Clara was working was where the Doctor appeared in the very first episode.

I did think for a moment that we might see John Hurt regenerate into Eccleston.

The zygons and the General's daughter made a treaty.

I said that but dh theory was that the humans & zygon a didn't actually need the Doctor to sort it out I'm not as sure as him
