Starting a new thread as I used up the last two messages on the last one. Also this is my first thread I've ever started! A great subject to start with.

Do people actually do that in real life? Get cross, pack a bag, grab their passport, get a taxi to the airport and go....... where? Surely a better exit can be thought up. What did Tommy do for a job? Did he have a job? Does it matter anymore?

Yeah especially for something like that. He'd just have gone over the pub and shouted at her or gone to the Weathy arms to sulk like Tina said. Even if he'd walked in on them riding each other he wouldn't have gone off to the airport. Was totally stupid.

Agree Tommys exit was awful it was obv very rushed. Cant he have gone to stay with a relative in England, did it have to be abroad?

Yeah he could gone to see his gran/adoptive mam who's on her own since his grandad/adoptive dad died.

Anyone know what the history is with Tracey and Tina - why they hate each other? I can't remember any previous stories with them but they obviously hated each other before the ring incident.

I'm not loving the right to die storyline at all, not sure it will go the way they want it, I think viewers would have preferred to see Roy care for Hayley to the end, I could be wrong though and I'm sure they will play it brilliantly.

I know there's bound to be the same stories across the soaps but I was reading something about the Hayley storyline and the producer or one of them was going on about it being groundbreaking. Yeah except they've already done right to die in Enders and Emmerdale.

Also I liked the bit the other night when Soph-ay was saying she didn't see the attraction of Tim and Sally said 'well of course you don't you're a lesbian.' Ha ha.

This Tina Tracey thing is yawnsome. Also their insults to each other are really crap. And Tommy exit still makes no sense. And Ty being annoyed with Tina over it. Really poor writing.

Not a fan of Tracy, but I've never been able to stand Tina and her constant whingeing and being horrible to people.

The sooner she leaves, the better.

What is annoying me is why hasn't Becky been mentioned whatsoever-its very unrealistic. Fair enough if the couldn't get Catherine Kelly back for an episode or two but surely Becky would have called or emailed -especially with Kylie still being in contact. She was supposed to be like a daughter and she is only in Barbados!
