OP posts:
Chubfuddler · 08/07/2013 21:58

The bit where he sobbed into a border terrier rather undid me.

Raahh · 08/07/2013 21:58

This is so much better than the wanky montage, and the crap Jamie Cullum songGrin

Chubfuddler · 08/07/2013 21:59

His granny is ace. I think she should be given copious champagne and a mic.

Raahh · 08/07/2013 21:59

clay- awww. Grin

Raahh · 08/07/2013 22:00

Raahh · 08/07/2013 22:04

I have enjoyed these threads, even when we disagree with a couple of exceptions .

I promise to practice my use of apostrophes before next year- and rely on you Sky watchers to keep me up to date on the US open.

Chubfuddler · 08/07/2013 22:05

Can I interest anyone in a synchronised viewing of Wimbledon with Paul Bettany?

scrapes barrel

Raahh · 08/07/2013 22:06

ClayDavis · 08/07/2013 22:07

Grin. Maybe the day Wimbledon finished was not the day to forget to take the anti-depressants. I 'm feeling a bit morose.

I did have bit of a WTF moment with the Jamie Cullum song yesterday. It's a horrendous cover.

hugoagogo · 08/07/2013 22:08

I would watch 'wimbledon' with you Chub but I have my self respect. and I watched it on Sunday

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 08/07/2013 22:11

Chub - didn't you watch that a couple of weeks ago? I'm sure I remember you saying about it on another thread.

Grin
Chubfuddler · 08/07/2013 22:11

LOL hugo

Chubfuddler · 08/07/2013 22:12

Er might have. A couple of times.

ClayDavis · 08/07/2013 22:14

Grin Chub.

ClayDavis · 08/07/2013 22:14

Don't think I've ever seen it actually.

Raahh · 08/07/2013 22:15

Clay- are you me? ShockGrin
I too forgot my meds, and have had a dreadful 'the drugs don't work' kind of day!

Grin Tennis
Raahh · 08/07/2013 22:18

Does synchronised viewing involve water and nose clips?

I'm not a great swimmerGrin

And I can't even play tennis too short

ClayDavis · 08/07/2013 22:20

I don't think so Raahh. Hopefully the state of my mental health hasn't got so bad that I've been talking to myself on the internet for two weeks Shock.

I will agree that the drugs definitely work better if you actually take them. Also helps if you don't lose your repeat script.

Raahh · 08/07/2013 22:28

Grin I'm useless at remembering stuff. And I have an on-going problem with my docs messing my scrip up.

Pmsl- the bbc news have moved on from '77 years since...' 'to 'nearly 8 decades' just for something a bit differentGrin

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 08/07/2013 22:30

Ooh Clay that reminds me, I need to put my script in tomorrow otherwise I will run out while we're on holiday!

magimedi · 08/07/2013 22:33

I promise to practice my use of apostrophes before next year-

And I promise to fuck 'em up whenever I can. Grin

Please don't forget your meds - I am now 18 months med free but know how important it is to take them - even Boris shouldn't stop you!

ClayDavis · 08/07/2013 22:33

Raahh, there's a bit on the BBC website magazine about how it's only 76 years. Fred Perry held the title for a year until the next Wimbledon, so the count shouldn't start until the following year 1937.

Raahh · 08/07/2013 22:36
Grin

Magi- I promise. After 20 years, it's usually automatic- but I think getting older is making me forgetfulGrin

Raahh · 08/07/2013 22:37

Clay- that's interesting. Even though the BBC themselves keep saying 77!

magimedi · 08/07/2013 22:44

Goodnight ladies.

Sweet dreams!

Borisy ones to those who want 'em

Potato ones for me!
