Oh and I totally LOVE Dan again now. So glad he didn't do his usual trying to pick it all apart and just stuck to "you did nothing wrong" because when you are on the receiving end with NO ONE knowing what it felt like to be in that position, you immediately start questioning what happened and "what did I do???? What did I do to illicit that reaction? I must have done something.... Didn't I????" so when he just hugged her and said "You did nothing wrong... you did nothing wrong" I was like LOVE YOU DAN!

Loved Dan saying to Hazel 'what do you think you've done wrong?'

I switched off last night after watching the interview. So disappointed in Emma and Anne Diamond. I expected better.

Emma kept saying it was 50/50 and that it takes two. Victim blaming! Hazel is no angel. She pushed and pushed Daley for attention and it was wrong to pull down his trousers and slap his arse. However, she IN NO WAY asked for his aggressive and violent reaction. Can't believe people think it's OK and that it was just a bit of play that got out of action. I was scared for her.

After the interview with Daley last night I'm sure the public sympathy will have been swayed his way. The witch hunt is now on for Hazel and the blame seems to be swinging her way. It's so wrong. So disappointed with the whole thing.

Absolutely disgusted by the editing by big brother and the interview on bbots!

How dare Daley say he can hold his head up high he is a disgrace! The look in his eyes when Emma mentioned hazels name was scary!

I think Emma shouldn't have done the interview she was incredibly unprofessional and let her dislike of hazel stop her being objective.

On another note what did everyone make of nominations?

I think they both stayed in the safe house, didn't they, after the incident? Why on earth weren't they separated?Confused

Emma's interview was terrible! I also agree that Anne Diamond was useless. Has Daley's GF taken him back? It was a huge PR stunt, though he couldn't keep his temper in check when he spoke about Hazel. He is a very intimidating man.

I only watched Daley's interview last night and I didn't even watch all of it. It was pathetic! He is clearly very sorry. For himself.

I could barely believe all the talk of 'it takes two'. Shock So if a woman is beaten up or physically intimidated/hurt by a man or her partner, then he was clearly provoked in some way? Surely that's what they are suggesting. It's disgusting.

I feel very sorry for Hazel, despite not liking her. She is obviously very confused and that is clearly why she thinks it's her fault (surely as many victims of DV do) and I think she also feels that people won't believe her because she can barely believe herself what happened.

Oh, and according to another forum, the live feed had shown that prior to the incident in the bedroom, Daley had wanted Hazel to come inside and she refused as she was chatting in the garden. He was then shown pacing the bedroom ranting to himself and then went back out and told Hazel that BB had said the garden was out of bounds to them and that she must come in. He swore on his children's lives that this was true.

If the above is true (I don't want the live feed) then surely that is very scary and along with the 'look natural' thing is very creepy and shows what sort of man he is.

It is true Midori, he did swear on his kids life. BB put on their twitter that they hadn't said the garden was out of bounds. Complete lowlife.

Did you see Emma on BBBOTS last night? Trying to defend her atrocious interviewing skills. What a weak woman.

I didn't watch bit on the side last night, the whole thing is disgusting though.

I have to say dan has gone up loads in my estimations. I didn't think a lot to him but I've totally changed my opinion he's completely right hazel should not blame herself or feel sorry for Daley. Daley is absolute trash and I don't understand how anyone can defend him.

I have read today that Hazel kept quiet about her side of the story as she thought the others would criticise her as Daley wasn't there to defend himself.

I hadn't seen the news about the livefeed but that makes a disturbing incident even more disturbing. I would love to know how he ever got the nod to go in in the first place. Muchos explaining for the producers to do there. Not that they will Hmm

Emma defending her interview comments last night annoyed me. She was practically turning on the waterworks in sympathy when she interviewed Daley Hmm

I'm hugely disappointed. I thought she was so much better than Brian Wooden-Dowel ing as a presenter but she was a complete car crash in that interview.

Davina would have eaten Daley alive!

I hate the expression it takes two to tango, so dated and bloody untrue ! Not seen last night's episode yet.

Hated dan, then liked him when hazel confided on him, but then felt he was very very attention grabbing when he told the housemates. He's very desperate to win and he wanted to be the one to break the news to get about the tennis balls. I just don't like him although I did think he was a good shoulder to cry on.

Can't bear Dan.

The whining, the desperation to be in the know ('cos knowledge is power right?), the naked desperation to win, oh and did I mention the whining? Hmm

I don't like Dan either.
He's full of his own importance.
The "gather- round -the- sofas -people- I -am- about -to -speak -to- you- and -you -know- how- important- I -am -and- how- much- respect- you -all- have- for -me-, so- you'll -all- want -to- hang -on -my- every- word" debacle, just made me cringe.
He's a wimp and showed his true colours when he was up for eviction - couldn't cope with that at all.
Agree with the poster up-thread who questioned how was Daley ever selected for this show in the first place.
Daley is responsible for his own actions and responses to Hazel - no question, however, the programme makers must bear some of the responsibility for what has gone on - Firstly by selecting him and then compounding their error by pairing up the 2 of them for the safe house.
IMHO the programme makers were hoping for fireworks and a bit of snogging/porn/fumbling under the sheets, so they manipulated the pair of them for their own ends.
Adding copious amounts of alcohol to the mix was completely irresponsible.
In Emma's interview, Daley came across as a very disturbed individual.
He could barely string a sentence together.
A man who is unable to explain himself and his feelings is not a suitable candidate for this type of programme and is best avoided as a partner until he's sorted himself out.

Callum is the king of cringe. He makes my teeth itch.

There's something about Callum that sets alarm bells ringing, I can't quite explain it but there's a sense that there's something very unpleasant just beneath the "just a boy next door" veneer.
