I think Emily wants to relax, no bills no maintenance etc.

I am confused about the house purchase. Surely Norris should have had a solicitor too to protect his interest? Emily's solicitor could have written anything into the contract. I still maintain that the house isn't all Emily's to give away too.

I don't want Peter back on the booze, I prefer him when he's in control. Yes, Carla's ability to neck back large glasses of wine every day does seem to be at odds with her previous problems with alcohol. Much as I didn't want Carla and Peter to get together in the first place, I would rather they grew up, stopped pulling against one another and formed a mature partnership now. So they could put Rob and Tracey firmly in their place if nothing else. And not give Leanne any more ammunition to take moral high ground, given she's hardly a model of grownup behaviour.

I finally forced myself to watch the last scene with Hayley last night... what a blubfest God it's going to be horrible to watch. I've loved Hayley and Roy for years. They are the perfect example of true love despite everything. And throwing Sylvia into the mix was a work of genius... I love the three of them. Sylvia and Hayley last night was just magic.

Very sad last night, I think there are going to be some amazing scenes coming up with Roy, Hayley and Sylvia. I love the way Sylvia has warmed to Hayley. Roy is going to be a broken man isn't he. God, dreading it.

Can't stand smug Rob. But Peter has taken on a rather dashing and nature look. Not sure I'd do the deed myself, but can see why some ladies would. He and Carla are quite well suited with their dark brooding looks!
