Peter does this thing where he can sometimes turn the 'hot' on and other times just look like Peter. Did anyone see him with his shirt off when he was first shagging Carla? He is tattooed like 1950's sailor. Not sure about Amy's Mystery Savings of Convenience.

Oh, and where can this story be going: Peter has a shop that is in trouble and Rob is looking for a shop. Hmmmmm

I was v.impressed with the Rover's Gents' last night and for a moment couldn't think where Peter & Rob were!

It's the eyes with Peter IMO. Sometimes they get just the right camera angles when he's doing the hot thing with his eyes and he looks gorgeous.

Tracey was born just after my DS but seems much older than him. I don't think I have ever seen her just playing.

Ha! I came on to say that Peter looked hot in the toilets scene, very masculine and standing up for Carla (although she does a good job of that herself!)

I think Peter will turn the bookies around and be a thriving business and I think Rob's shop will flop and Tracy will have lost Amy's savings. Nothing good will happen for Rob/ Tracy as they're supposed to be crooks.

as an aside, is there nowhere in Manchester to have a walk other than the red rec? and what is a red rec? is this a park or something?

We used to have a rec near us when I was growing up .For years I thought it was a wreck then realised it was short for recreation ground !
Was nowhere near Manchester though.

I feel sorry for Amy she has not had much of a childhood mind you a least
she can walk now, for a long time she had to be carried everywhere but that was before she got a new head.

Totally trivial, but I loved the white blouse Carla was wearing in last night's episode. If anyone has seen it in any shop, please tell me which one!:)

I liked it too, not many sheer white blouses that you can get away with wearing a black bra under and still look good.

Carla always looks fabulous the actress must be so chuffed with her wardrobe. I have said it for years on here. I so would shag Peter Barlow. Don't you lot start copying me. He's mine. Doesn't someone on this thread know him in rl?

what I don't get is Carla own a factory and Peter owns a bookies and they live in a tiny flat, bit like the headmaster whatshisname, and Julie living in a flat.....and another thing, where do they get all the extra rooms when people move in and out, like they do? The Platts must have 4 bedrooms and Steve's flat must have loads too, people in corny seem to move people in and create space from nothing

What I find funny is how everywhere gets the same makeover, with similar colours etc. The pub private sitting room and Peter and Carla's flat are very similar styles, both in reds. In EE loads of places have the same tiling.

That tiling was a B&Q special a couple of years ago :) My sister's got it!

I'm astonished Carla hasn't redecorated Peter's spectacularly ugly flat, though.
