Yes yes to spider coming back. I loved him. Ill be really really sad if any of the oldies leave. I love Rita/Emily etc. they are only remaining reminders of the corrie wonder years. The new characters are there for the sensationalist repeat storylines of adultery/affairs/fire/murder/drugs etc.

Digital Spy didn't really mention Emily but something else takes more screen time next week that is boring, grrr

Catching up....I too was a bit weepy at baby Jake going back to Gary/Izzy. Good ol' Tommy for making Tina see straight.

I am however already bored of rat boys evil face pulling when no one is looking. And can NO-ONE read between the lines of all the double entendre stuff he is saying. He's virtually spelling it out for them. Argh! And I don't think I like 'comedy' Gail. But tired of her being silly and tipsy at the bistro.

And, why whenever do they need to show photos of people/couples/families are they always such blatant PR shots? All the ones of Leanne & Nick are so obvious studio shots that were prob used for the cover of a TV mag at some stage. Folks just don't have photos like that. Wish they'd make them more realistic and unphotogenic like most of mine

I wondered when Roy was looking at the CCTV footage if they might stumble across Karl running between bistro and pub but I don't think the logistics work do they?

Thank god the surrogacy saga is over hope there'll be a rest now from Izzy's squeaking and the Windasses out of sight for a while.

The baby Jake dilemma was so drawn out yet solved within seconds . Izzy says Tina you keep him and then immediately Tina says no you have him. Not very realistic and Tina didn't even want a last cuddle.

I reckon the poltergeist is one of the Croppers sleepwalking. That would be funny if they were on CCTV as well!

I think I read somewhere that Spider IS coming back- hope so!

I was hugely relieved by the Tina/Jake/Izzy outcome and went quite soppy at the scene :) Of COURSE Roy is his own 'ghost' - surely Hayley & Sylvia suspect as much? (Just noticed all three cafe-dwellers have Y in their names!)

Oh god not spider. His acting abilities however are about as much as we can expect from corrie these days.

On last nights episode did Tina say to Anna and Owen 'meet your first grandchild' or fifth?! Either way it doesn't make sense as Joesph is the only one that comes to mind. Unless she was talking directly to Anna

Haven't seen last night yet - but didn't Craig hear Karl talking in the Kabin about 'dealing with someone' or words to that effect, to protect your family, a few weeks ago? Could he just be scared?

He said he had done something bad, can't remember the exact wording.

He also said 'I was already having nightmares' when Beth was mouthing off to Roy. Def a connection with Craig, come ONNNN the truth must come out soon!

I wonder if Craig is having nightmares about the fire. A few weeks ago he left the paper shop when Karl was talking about it. Could Roy be the poltergheist in his sleep.

I saw the bit in the shop, it was definitely the conversation between Dev and Karl that upset him. Its quite clever really, we were all thinking that Dev was going to uncover the truth, but its Craig (if we are on the right track).

Roy is the poltergeist, no question. The massive clue was when Hayley told him off for not locking the door.

On This Morning the soap woman said that Craig does 'know something'

I still think baby Jake will turn out to be Tina's biologically, and that will come in in a few months with some medical emergency. It was wrapped up for too easily for soap land.

Also, and I know it's only a soap but it was ridiculous the amount of people in and out of SCBU. When dd was in, only dh and I could go and see her.

I'm confused about the money now, did Tina give some of it back?

The young acto4 who plays Craig is doing a really good job with this storyline, I don't remember him having many lines in the past. He hasn't half shot up all of a sudden too!
