I think the Fall is a biblical one - GA is Eve and she's eaten the apple [hunky cop] and will be cast out of Eden (her job). Or else it's as in Lucifer's fall, she's proud of her amazing work skills and that will be enough to damn her.

I really don't like the constant 'wife telling husband what to do and running their lives, so therefore obvs he has to murder lots of women to stop being emasculated'. But I'm assuming that this angle will alter as the series goes on.

Jamie Dornan went out with Keira Knightley for a good while, you used to see them sometimes in the posh cafes sometimes. I'm really glad he's so good - he got given a bit of stick for being a bit of a model actor whatever a few years ago.

Sorry just caught up wih this thread. The bent copper is, I think, bent. My proof for this is that he plays Lord Bolton (the 2nd most evil man) in the Game of Thrones. The most evil man GoT is his son. He is astonishingly good though with an amazing voice.

In the film Belfast seems like the tiniest of towns. I mean people keep bumping into each other even just accidentally. (I know the entire Sweeney was filmed in the 200 yard vicinity of the studio and you can tell.)

holly I cannot remember any names, sorry. You know the police officer Gillian Anderson was sleeping with? Before he got shot he called his partner who said "I am working." while guarding mobsters and the scantily-clad ladies. Somehow I do not think he was undercover, but moonlighting.

Belfast is a really small town. The 'city centre' is essentially three or four streets. Everyone knows everyone!!
