Mrs salvo - Gail was lovely. But did point Out she hadn't been Gail PLATT for many years. She was Gail McIntyre back then but think she's since killed mr McIntyre off (metaphorically speaking).

The physio is totally weird and it would be wrong if she suddenly started fancying Sophie.

Sophie is one of the worst characters in corrie at the moment. Doesn't ever seem to have any point to her apart from finding other lesbians.

Never noticed nick wrinkles. Every time he's on I can't stop staring at his prince Charles ears. He does remind me of Charles. Something to do with his mouth.

I generally like the Nick character, but the pained expression he's been wearing for the last 6 months must be exhausting. Let's hope the wedding cheers him up.

I do enjoy Lewis' subtle jibes to Gail, about poetry, culture, beauty etc.

Anna's listening in was quite funny. I don't really want her to save the day though, Gail is horrible and smug.

Does anyone have any spoilers for how the Gail & Lewis thing pans out? I did read that the producers originally planned to kill him off but there was upr, so they wrote in a break because Nigel Havers was doing pantomime but then he'd be back long term.

I'm really enjoying the Gail and Lewis storyline. Can't stand Gail and am loving the way Lewis has the measure of her character and is happily encouraging her worst traits. I just hope the rest of her family shun her forever, interfering bint
