Can't believe James didn't put his Clootie dumplings in the oven, that's why he didn't get the skin on it. Need a good few hours, well, all day to cook the perfect dumpling - I use my great-grandmother's recipe and she was a fearsome highlander so no arguing!

Cathryn, still can't stand her, exactly what has been said, that whole "oh you don't like that one either" as though she was above their criticism. Think she saw the wan wittering of Jo from last year and thought that is how you win. Oh dearie me and my perfect cakes.

I want Danny to win, I think she's fab! Can't bear Cathryn, very irritating woman!

I found Holly quite irritating last series, thought she was a bit too perfect and show offy, but I've changed my tune since finding her website. It's called Recipes From A Normal Mum and I want to bake pretty much everything I feel bad for disliking her now!

I would like to see Danny win but I think Brendan will. I can't feel any enthusiasm for him, though.

I really like Danny and I do hope she wins.

However, ever since someone posted their websites above, I have to admit, Brendan's looks pretty flash. Like, he's got someone backing it kinda flash. And hers isn't. (It's nice! Don't get me wrong!) So is that just to throw us off, or is it simply because Brendan is more the type to make a fancy website and she isn't?

Hmmmm I guess Brendan's probably got more time than Danny to devote to making a website. I've warmed to him a lot as the series as progressed.

I don't hate him. I don't think he's going to eat my liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti, like some. I actually dislike Cathryn a whole lot more, but suspect she'll be gnawing away at her lip around a few weeks longer at least.

I've been away from a telly so missed last week's can't wait for tonight's.Cathryn does have a sense of entitlement about her; she WON'T win I hope!! I also hope that whatis name Brendan doesn't win (who's too professional IMO) there's something a bit yeuch about him.

Cathryn is fake fake fake (unlike Jo last year, who was genuinely a bit low on confidence. Loved her).

Liked Danny at the start, but she's v hard on herself and, worse by far, was a bit snippy with Mel last week, and you don't act nasty to Mel and Sue and stay friends with me for long .

Like Brendan. V quiet, works hard, was genuinely touched at being made star baker, and I'm sure he has a lovely waspish sense of humour.

James is still in it, ppeatfruit. But I think the Key lime pie was Ryan ...

Ppeatfruit,noone left last week-John injured himself badly by sticking his hand in the magimix so they felt that because of all the drama etc they would leave it till this week and evict two people instead!

Bit nervous about this week. I have a sneaking feeling that yummy James has to raise his game or it's curtains. If only one person was to be kicked off I'd think he was safer, but with two evictions ...

PS did John actually stick his hand in the Magimix? I was giving him the benefit of the doubt by thinking he'd cut himself with a knife.

Have just seen that Brendan will be running courses soon ,just like Jo Wheatly does. No details up on his website yet about the courses but asking people to email if interested-does this mean he has won it I wonder?.
