Wow I was reading this thread a while ago and can't believe its still going strong. I sky+ Doctors every day and have done since it started. Its strangly addictive whilst also being rubbish really. Moira in Emmerdale was Doctor Carlisle.

I am shocked about Mrs Tembe being in Tikkabilla though

Suzie Sweet was Effie in Take The High Road. she was married to Jocky.(hangs head in shame at knowing that......)

Oh and re Doctors, don't you think Freya and her blogging is (ahem) 'inspired' by Liz Jones - all the people around her up in arms about being written about, it affecting her relationships etc? Although I noticed the focus was moving onto trolling today.

Years ago, we used to joke that there were only a dozen actors in the whole of Australia, because they all appeared in every soap.

I have now decided, that just as grange hill alumni always ended up in Eastenders, Cbeebies actors all end up in Doctors

Oh no, Picnic at Hanging Rock, I'd forgotten all about that. What a spooky film. Just what did happen to those girls? Did they disappear into the rock and get sealed up? And how did one of them escape? I haven't seen that for about 20 odd years and it still freaks me out thinking about it.

Ooh- I remember Jeremy Doo-dah (whatis his surname?) in Casualty- was he a porter? Don't remember Karen though. Jeremy went on to be Kurt/Kirk? in Hollyoaks, and go out with Rachel Stevens from S Club 7.No idea what happened to him-he's probablybeen on a bunch of reality progs.

Yes he was a porter, the Karen woman was a nurse and her husband was beating her up, her son was trying to support her in leaving him, I think there was more to the story but ive forgotten!
