Slight digression but have the soap awards been and gone then?

The soap awards were over the weekend, but won't be on tv until Thursday, I think. Lookig at the pictures in the papers, soap actresses really don't seem to have any sense of style. A lot of cleavage on show (not in a good way!).

I think I am a bit late with this post, it's about the hypnotist story.Me & my daughter(age 23)watched on i player(ahem!)and she said how come that the other hypnotised ones (Daniel, Jack) remembered absolutely nothing about their experience, but Freya & Mandy not only remembered it, but that was the plot device to get Mand into her undies!

Harriet -I have already forgotten most of what happened. Cherry seems to have morphed from practice bimbo nurse, to resident psychoanalyst, Juuuuulia is def leading up to eloping with M-t-M to the wilds of North Wales, and I think things are going to get messy for poor Heston. Where's Jimmi?? And Zara managed to spend a day in work without fretting over plastic baby Joe.

We have already peaked, this week, since there has been a patient- not sure how they can top that!

So the Gobby Plod inheriting house story has just been forgotten do you think?

I'm a bit of a Doctors addict but been missing it recently due to dd3 being obsessed by CBeebies.

Anyway I followed the link above and came across this article - it does contain spoilers so don't read if you want anything Julia related to remain a surprise Doctors

Anyway the thing I am and about is that it refers to Dr Julia Parsons and also refers to her as a medic. Now I've been watching Doctors for years and Julia is not and has never been a doctor. Has she? She's practice manager/partner, she doesn't treat patients. She isn't a doctor!!!

There are a lot of loose ends at the moment with Jimmi, Juuuulllllia, Heston and the Gobby's house. Hope they are all resolved before we lose Doctors for the summer.

Julia doesn't treat patients but TBH neither do any of the Doctors so she may as well be one Vodka.

We are going to need a name for the new Doctors thread soon.

I am watching todays. Didn't get round to watching yesterday's. Hope I can catch up.

Vix - our favourite programme normally disappears for Wimbledon. I suspect this year it will also disappear when the Olympics are on.
