Why not? DH was treated by a GP in Oz with long hair in a ponytail and beach shorts and T shirt. Made the red trousers look smart .

Well, Kevin had a strange patient, who was more interested in winding him up about the murder trial. Then there was another bloke, who seemed to enjoy winding people up to get them to them to hit him.
Kevin sent him to a therapist, who turned out to be his ex who had got remarried. So he got annoyed again.

Then there was a fight.
I got confused then

Strange bloke who wound up Kevin, returned to goad Heston about his court case.

Kevin wore red trousers.
