pmsl at next weeks hairdressing couple- I have more hair than a yeti, and my first was bald as an egg for 2 years. (his sisters more than made up for it though!)

Aw I was like that. Cried then composed myself, and went to pieces when my own mum arrived shortly after (unbeknowst to me, they'd been lurking in the corridor for 12 hours, bless 'em).
Enjoyed tonight. Massive respect to twin mum and 9lb 6oz not to be sniffed at either (having only delivered a 6lb tiddler myself).

I thought DS2 was big at 7.11 after DS1 at 6.2....I got off easy. See you next week

DD1 had a cone head too

I said, "look at her head!" as soon as she was born too.

DS2 was 60cm long but only 8lb.

Glad you cleared that up MrsD. I thought you were bring a bit harsh.

Quite quickly Springing. DD1's head was pretty much normal by the next day.

Interesting combination of cases this week. One with technical knowledge and one with past experience but both faced the unknown.

I had a beautiful cashmere (it was a gift!) cardi for newborn DD2. Sleeves were half mast. She was 9lb 1oz .

Next week ladies and don't forget to bring cake

Our twins were just under 15lb together, no surprise I was twice the size of the twin lady.

Charlotte did fab for such a whopper as well!

I liked this weeks.

I was really worried when twin 1 came out looking so blue. Twin mum is so strong she did really well

DS2 was 9lbs 15, totally ouch! They always gloss over how many stitches the mums needed in the difficult cases (don't know in my case as was high on gas and air!)

sodapops - DS was exactly the same - 8lb, 60cm long.
