So lovely to see the emotion of it all really hitting dad!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 15/02/2012 22:01

Fab episode this week. See you next time ladies.

Raahh · 15/02/2012 22:01

pmsl at next weeks hairdressing couple- I have more hair than a yeti, and my first was bald as an egg for 2 years. (his sisters more than made up for it though!)

Gorgeous name :)

stressheaderic · 15/02/2012 22:02

Aw I was like that. Cried then composed myself, and went to pieces when my own mum arrived shortly after (unbeknowst to me, they'd been lurking in the corridor for 12 hours, bless 'em).
Enjoyed tonight. Massive respect to twin mum and 9lb 6oz not to be sniffed at either (having only delivered a 6lb tiddler myself).

oooggs · 15/02/2012 22:02

Ouch at 9lb 6oz!

I thought DS2 was big at 7.11 after DS1 at 6.2....I got off easy. See you next week

RobinSparkles · 15/02/2012 22:03

DD1 had a cone head too Grin

I said, "look at her head!" as soon as she was born too.

oooggs · 15/02/2012 22:03

ThNks for telling me the twins weights Smile

OP posts:
sodapops · 15/02/2012 22:04

DS2 was 60cm long but only 8lb.

GColdtimer · 15/02/2012 22:04

Glad you cleared that up MrsD. I thought you were bring a bit harsh. Grin

SpringingAllTheWay · 15/02/2012 22:04

How quickly would little Rose's he's have gone back to normal?

SpringingAllTheWay · 15/02/2012 22:05

Head*

ImpatientOne · 15/02/2012 22:05

Phew that was a great one except the vomit Grin

see you next week ladies :)

RobinSparkles · 15/02/2012 22:08

Quite quickly Springing. DD1's head was pretty much normal by the next day.

hugglymugly · 15/02/2012 22:10

Interesting combination of cases this week. One with technical knowledge and one with past experience but both faced the unknown.

HoneyWithLemon · 15/02/2012 22:11

I had a beautiful cashmere (it was a gift!) cardi for newborn DD2. Sleeves were half mast. She was 9lb 1oz Grin.

whydontwehaveasharpknife · 15/02/2012 22:11

Next week ladies and don't forget to bring cake

oooggs · 15/02/2012 22:13

Our twins were just under 15lb together, no surprise I was twice the size of the twin lady.

Charlotte did fab for such a whopper as well!

How lovely, three beautiful babies - not bad for an hour's work. Well done everyone :o

bronze · 15/02/2012 22:35

my first was 9lb 14
the others were smaller
she can hope :)

I liked this weeks.

theonewiththenoisychild · 15/02/2012 23:40

I was really worried when twin 1 came out looking so blue. Twin mum is so strong she did really well Smile

DrCoconut · 15/02/2012 23:54

DS2 was 9lbs 15, totally ouch! They always gloss over how many stitches the mums needed in the difficult cases (don't know in my case as was high on gas and air!) Grin

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 16/02/2012 00:02

sodapops - DS was exactly the same - 8lb, 60cm long. Smile
