Having my legs in them things completely knackered my pelvis MrsDv. I had mild SPD with DS1 and ended up with my legs in stirrups and a ventouse. I now have a massive gap and a rotated pelvis!

Wow she did so well - natural twin birth with no pain relief!

(and I had an epidural by the way - don't feel any sense of regret or failure and can still be impressed with the drug free).
