I'm guessing he works either in a care home, or caring for people in their own homes. Whichever it is good on him to work in what's a very stereotypically female, and low paid, low status profession to take care of his family!

I'm 21+2 With DC2 and I'm struggling for a name, how did they think of all those names, I'm in awe.

They made it quite clear that they claim child benefit. As do 98% of the population. Is a universal benefit.
