Blossoming I love it apart from the rockstar jumps, for some reason my brain can't command my legs to jump and raise up my heels at the same time. Odd. I do find I need to double my dumbbell weight for the dumbbell cleans to be effective. I'm running as well so don't shred everyday but do want to step it up a notch, tried 1&2 back to back the other day and think I will start merging the levels.

Hmm. Just looked at that link too Libra - i need some 4kg weights. We have 1.5, 3, 5 and 7kg. Can double shred with 3kg (apart from the dreaded v raises...)fine but have plateaued. 5kg too much of a leap, but want to try with 4kg.
