i think ashleys arms are more loose skin now from going from so big to smaller.

and she is quite short - and very much apple shaped.

feck. 264lbs in 7 months. that is amazing. he has deserved that win. he is still overweight - but jesus, his life is so so different.

Mike did amazing. Daris looked so much better after losing the weight too.
Next series starts next week. Can't wait! Thought i would have to wait longer than that. This is the 1st US one i have watched.
