3 stone is a lot of weight really. I think because it has been going for so long I can't imagine what it's like as a lump sum if you know what I mean?!

If you watch BL live it is so frustrating because there are so many ad breaks, but if you watch it slightly delayed you can whip through the ads. You will catch up for sure, best way to watch too!

I am very close to my goal, but then I moved the goal posts so have about half a stone more, then it is maintaining, which I reckon will be harder. Have been doing this for 18 months now. I just don't want to put it back on, it does worry me!

Hello all, I have just got in the mood for tonights BL episode by doing Level 3 of the Shred. I still heart Gillian despite her witch doctor claims about diet pills. I have lost 2 stone since DD birth (6 months but hey come on Christmas was in the middle) and have roughly a stone to go but am rocking a healthy BMI again. Some great weight losses and maintaining (which is the hard bit!) going on in this thread, congrats. If anyone lives in the Surrey area I have a 17kg 3 yr old who I can lend out to carry around for the day as he isn't a huge fan of walking.

I must confess I am very shallow and don't actually fancy very fat men (even tho I do like big men) so I will have to wait until at least half way thru the season to decide on which male will be mine (discounting the ones you ladies have claimed of course).

At this point Libra we are just looking for potential.

I am just sorting out DD and will be here in about 20 mins, then I will catch up on the ad breaks!!
