Yeah me ! That woman with 9 kids in a 3 bed house had my sympathy until she started banging on with her sense of entitlement about being moved . She's made me cross now

She has a three-bed house. Wow. A garden. Entry on the ground floor. But that's not good enough? What is?

yes, apparently she's been on the waiting list for 15 years. Well most of her 7 (or however many kids she has) are under 15 years old. Poor love, someone find her a 7 bedroom house!

Maybe the radiators need bleeding.

The sell off of council houses was a disaster and we are reaping the results now.

That said, people who choose to have huge families should not expect to be rehomed in 4-5 bed houses........ there are so few of them.

She appears to have made a conscious decision to have more children when she doesn't have anywhere to put them.

Private rent is so expensive.
My sister was in a womans refuge for over a year.
Am in the South East. Social housing is short. Private rent is expensive.
She has a new partner now & 4 children. Private rent, 4 bed is £900 a month. She can't move as rents have risen & it's now £1,200 for a 4 bed.

If the big family tried getting jobs they might be able to afford to rent somewhere else.

The big family I don't have any sympathy for. She has four non-adult children. Three-bedrooms, plenty of room for them. The rest can go someplace else.

I hope that Police Officer is now being investigated.

Well, technically, they are homeless.

The whole thing makes me angry! Should turn off... all these people sub letting these places are disgusting... but hate the feeling of entitlement some of these young people have. Am amazed they think they can just turn up, say they want their own place and think they can go on a waiting list... what's wrong with trying your best to make a living and paying for yourself and leave the council properties to those on real need. Presume its true what they say that council tenants can own another property?

Did I hear right - it's not illegal to own other property whilst being a council tenant??

Being made homeless...........a quick route to a house if you know the system.
