eppy 1 (i think?) where Lund goes to see pernille and theis for the first time, about the video card - no they haven't found the body at that point, they have just found the card and the bra and it looks a bit odd.
lund is obviously coming at it initially from a pov where she thinks theis might have been up to something, then realises they have a daughter and kapow all of a sudden she realises actually they are looking for nanna.

Re the CCTV tape: Whoever took the tape did it at the time to protect Holck - for whatever reason, and then once he was dead, wanted Lund to have the tape: But why? The tape appears to prove that Holck was the most likely murderer, and this is what the deliverer wants Lund to believe (not allowing for the lip reading launderess) .

This could serve either

1. the murderer or/
2. the partakers in a sex scandal (Latvia) - who can pin their sleaze on dead Holck.

So I am wondering if Bremmer doesn't still have a significant role to play?

it is so sad so many people won't contemplate watching a tv series or movie with subtitles! this has been such a corker - if it came out on dvd at an affordable price i'd snap it up and force people to watch it!

the passport is wierd so have been pondering this - what about if the stalker/killer had taken her passport so nanna couldn't leave and she then assumed she had left it in the flat?

I have read it and didn't pick up on the spoiler, why would they put one in there without a warning?

Perhaps I am being dense, everyone proceed with caution as I don't want to upset anybody!

re the political thread, what about:

• holck starts using flat for sessions with nanna
• holck pays off olav for use of flat
• senior civil servant tries to have a word with holck about his behaviour, doesn't work so
• senior civil servant goes to bremer
• bremer finds out that holck is using this flat and uses it to his advantage

a) because he sees troels as a threat and it would damage troels if the party flat is being used for somewhat sordid affairs and olav was being paid off to facilitate/turn a blind eye; bremer keeps it in his back pocket to use at a later date to discredit troels b) bremer is also able to blackmail holck so he will come along and provide some credibilty for his trip to latvia - but holck does not get to find out what they are really up to as bremer and dessau sneak off elsewhere quite early on (we still don't know what they were up to)

• bremer does not set up the rest of it re nanna, but is happy to jump on the bandwagon to try and discredit troels to get him out of the race for mayor

Like it teej ! Could Bremmer have taken the tape to blackmail Holck? And then hoped to use it for advantage in getting the case closed.

Not sure who killed her, but feel Bremmer is deffo the hooded claw figure in this, with all the influence/manipulative skills.

proles hotel staff GOSSIP - maybe he thought he could keep the affair from his wife if it was at a private flat where it would not be unusual for him to visit iykwim.

and if people saw nanna going to the party flat - well they would not immediately link her to holck, would they? it would be troels or one of his team

which gives me a new thought actually - what if bremer was paying olav to facilitate holck but also proactively implicate troels? (not in nanna's death but in the "sordid" affair..

Who was paying Olav - Bremmer seemed to know nothing about it, but Olav thought he had been dealing with Bremmer: Yet Bremmer's office issued the 5000Kr. So he knew he was paying someone. There's a Third Man here. Dessau?

muminlondon that means you think the person who left the video was a baddie? The person who cuts the wire is surely up to no good, but the person leaving the video was doing Lund a huge favour, wasn't he/she/it?

I'm not sure on that Proles - wasn't that the bombshell that Troels dropped at the press conference, that Bremmer was the head of finance, so would have known?

think bremer is a class a politician - he's head of the finance committe isn't he?
so he knew all right - he's just a bloody good liar
