In my defence only 17 days until my induction - I blame the hormones.

Mine had to wear a hat for a few days and then I decided I would take it off since no one had said anything about it.

Screaming while pushing makes you push less hard. I don't see why people think it's to advise women not to scream while they are pushing. Seems obvious to me.

lalabaloo no, I wished you luck! I just think I should go away if I'm causing offence, even if unintentionally. Taking up too much space on this thread and nothing to do with the programme!
