You can see how much the guys have toned up! There's a lot of fat still on there, but you can see their core is much firmer... bloody well done.

is there really only 2 weeks to final?? surely there must be a time gap then, as there is no way they can be massive changes as per Biggest Loser in 2 weeks? (seen pictures of the finalists before at like size 12?!)

I wish you'd all stop talking about cheese I can't believe I don't have any cheese....

Mind you there's only water & alcohol in the fridge!! (half a thing of soy milk, half jar of jam, opened bottle of thai chilie sauce, pickles) Someone needs to go shopping!!
