Did anyone see this last night?

The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

DP worked out we could have the internet OR Sky+ as money is tight, figured i'd be more of a loss without the internet!! Grin

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 18:47

Wise choice

Tho our sky and Internet come as a package - was cheaper that way

Alambil · 01/02/2011 20:44

I don't understand their weightloss at all...

I'm losing more weight than them per week WITHOUT all the gym stuff!

It just doesn't make sense...

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 20:53

Lewis totally agree - with all that exercise their muscle may weigh more but tbh doing 6hrs a day should mean major weight loss

Unless it is the cheese food they eat

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 21:05

USA TBL IS ON :)

Just watching ee and will then swap over and watch on sky+

Let's hope they lose more then uk one and wonder if red lady will gloat this week

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 22:01

Wow at blues and yellows losing that weight at home - proves what you can do at home if you want to lose weight

I'm very proud of them both

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/02/2011 22:24

And nice to see a little short cooking lesson with turkey mince

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/02/2011 09:20

i felt really sorry for the bloke who got voted off - i know it goes on % of body weight, but the green lady only needed to lose 3 lbs and he needed to lose think 11/12 :(

tbh the green lady who had her apendix out, shouldnt have really been allowed back into the game Hmm

she had major surgery and yes only allowed to walk but still think it was bad - not really promoting heath and safety imho

i really wanted the gloater red lady to go

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/02/2011 09:21

anyone out there? :(

starts replying to herself

GettinTrimmer · 02/02/2011 10:31

I've recorded it Blondes, will watch it at lunchtime.

OP posts:
bigTillyMint · 02/02/2011 10:37

I think I've recorded it too - will try to watch tonight!

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/02/2011 12:00

good - was feeling lonely

was about to start replying to myself Grin

GettinTrimmer · 02/02/2011 12:53

I am watching the USA one now blondes, I agree it was good to see a cookery lesson, that is lacking in the UK one - in the trailer for next week they were told too much cheese, but hope they are given some advice too.

Good on the blues and yellows come back having done so well at home, think that's the most encouraging thing I've seen on BL.

Just seen Miggy, she had major surgery two days ago and she's in the gym?!! Poor thing, surely that's dangerous.

I had a phone call from the blood donation people, I was feeling grotty the next day, and I was told to eat a bit more before donating next time, not enough calories apparently, so don't know how Miggy's coping.

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 02/02/2011 13:40

eat more, drink lots of water and try and eat tuna and dark chocolate before giving blood

i think blues and yellows did so well at home, and thats prob without 6hrs a day in gym - assume they went back to their normal every day to day jobs

im very entrigued by the cheese

RatherBeOnThePiste · 02/02/2011 18:42

Finally seen this! Took me a while to get there..

I cannot believe the green lady was allowed to continue after having surgery, she could have haemorrhaged or torn or something equally vile. I just thought she was going to have to leave.

I did feel for the diddy pink team and that pushing thing. The tall men found that a whole lot easier didn't they?!

Sad the brown man went because he seemed very keen. Its also hard on your own because the weight percentage really is up to you.

Red woman was less smug fortunately, especially when she was in the position of being voted off.

Blues and yellows had done well independently which was good as Trim says.

There was a website given when he was making that chilli thing - I might look back and check it out.

I love skipping through the adverts! That programme has loads of adverts!

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/02/2011 11:12

i know, how can they send a lady out and agree to let her stay when had major surgery Shock Hmm

GettinTrimmer · 04/02/2011 09:48

she shouldn't be doing any exercise at all for 6 weeks, like after a caesarian I would have assumed....

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 04/02/2011 17:53

true, so really she should have gone, like the men in 1st week who hurt his foot

im still :( for claire being voted out, she lost the weight

i think the other contestants vote out who is a threat to them and thats not fair

GettinTrimmer · 04/02/2011 18:07

Let's hope Claire comes back having shown them she's done really well

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 04/02/2011 18:11

i hope so

GettinTrimmer · 06/02/2011 20:31

I read this week's biggie is running up the steps of the Spinnaker Tower.

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 07/02/2011 12:59

i get to find out all the fuss with cheese tonight Grin

FoundWanting · 07/02/2011 20:50

Just going to settle down with a plate of cheese for this. No crackers though as I'm low-carbing. Grin

I'm hoping that after a week of carb denial I will have done as well, if not better, than some of them when I weigh in tomorrow.

ChippingInSmellyCheeseFreak · 07/02/2011 21:06

No cheese in the house - that is a catastophe in the ChippingIn house... getting very near a life or death issue...

ChippingInSmellyCheeseFreak · 07/02/2011 21:07

I can't believer there's only two weeks to the final?

What are they doing? Shooting them mid week??
